By the way, I am requesting confirmation of your stated shareholding here of 6.97 million shares as you stated in your post at 8:46am today. If you do not hold these shares then you are attempting to manipulate the SP and committing market abuse according to the FCA's rules.

I would think that the insurance companies would want to cap their escalating court costs, can only do that with an out of court settlement imo. Our costs are already capped at just £35k so not a problem for QBT.

Well, I for one will remain philosophical about this. The award is now known to be up to €7.8m as stated by the judge. The insurance companies now know what they are dealing with. Potential for an out of court settlement has increased imo. The SP has recovered somewhat indicating someone is loading up at these levels.

FG needs to inform the market what the plans re AI/Quantum/Blockchain are going forwards. Lets see what happens next. GLA.
