Good afternoon Barry, I know it should be simple, so I will try and explain what is a very complex subject in simple terms. I caveat this by saying if Earthling disagrees with me he's wrong and I am right. OK that was the humor.
I start by saying the price is the last transaction, so if someone buys 100,000 shares and say the price rises from 23.5 pence to 23.6 pence, then that is the price of the share, as that is the price at which the Market maker can supply .
But say the price is 23.5 pence, and he offer shares at 23.4 pence, because he has brought them cheaper. he can still offer them at 23.6, but other market makers may also be offering this price, so he can offer at 23.5 and make a profit. hence now 100,000 shares brought and the price doesn't move, and that market maker has made the trade, and makes his margin, so can enjoy a stiff Brandy in the evening. As you can see from this you can buy shares, and the price will drop. So why you are somewhat correct it's not the whole picture, and their are many other technicalities involved in making a market, but I have covered the simple stuff. As you can see it can happen on the sell side of the equation as well. I hope that is of some help.

Zoros thank you very much for your last post, everything you have said in the past makes sense, I am sorry that I didn't understand where you were coming from, and I now realize that you said what you said, as you were comparing building a mine with building a car. Good afternoon Jerry, They get 1% of the concentrate for the life of Alpala, so they get the price of all the resource into the future, so it's not on the estimate of what's in the ground, it's 1% of what's mined. Hope this helps.

Just for the record Zoros, I have a reasonable understanding of Quantum Mechanics. So what your saying is NM will find this easy to build. The point is I listen to both sides of the argument, you only listen to one side. The details of how we go to construction will be laid out in the PFS and DFS, if only you had listened to the relevant presentations. You would know this. NM isn't going to build this himself, he will bring in the experience required at director level, when the time is right, and then, they in turn, will bring in the team of people, with the expertise to construct Alpala, difficult, sure. Impossible, that's a silly statement.

Earthling please could you tell me what is so attractive about buying CGP's 20% of Alpala, especially as 15% is held within ENSA, and the conditions of ENSA, how would anyone who brought CGP Monetise it.

Good afternoon Zoros, I listened to the entire video and minute 8, please tell me how this equates to the last two Redcloud presentations, and what is in the PFS and DFS, which shows what is said in minute 8, is of no consequence, as it's conclusion is not based in fact, whereas the PFS and DFS to come will be factual, and provide the plan how to construct the mine, and build it.

Take my last figure of 21.46% of Alpala.
Now as Pbow says we own 4.8% 0f CGP shares, so in reverse we also own 4.8% of the 7.6 of Solgold shares, which equates to

7.6 * 0.048 = 0.3648% of Solgold shares which then says 21.46 - 0.3648 = 21.0952 %

But its better than that, as we own 4.8% of CGP's 15% of ENSA, and so Alpala.
Therefore 15 * 0.048 = 0.72%

So we deduct 21.0952 - 0.72 = 20.3752 %

OK CGP own 20.3752 %

Sorry DartFrog, you are calculating it wrongly.
We own 85% of ENSA, which CGP own 15% of . So they own 15% of Alpala and water rights.
However they also own 7.6% of Solgold, so they also own 7.6% of the 85% that Solgold own, plus 7.6% of all other tenements.
So add 7.6 * 0.85= 6.46%

So they own 15 + 6.46 =21.46% of Alpala.

Agreed Colonel, CGP are stuffed, I know your post is about loaning out NCM stock and not CGP. I am dubious that this is happening, it's a dangerous game for NCM to play. This will eventually break. I don't think we need to wait till PFS, the signing of the FN funding, will apply the pressure.

Good morning rcgl2, your post nicely sums up the situation as I see it. May I add no, one apart from Solgold is going to purchase CGP, for so many reasons. CGP know their time is up, as you say it's noise, if CGP thought they had a chance of removing NM and the BOD, they would be calling this AGM in August. Not after 27th October, when this is done and dusted. They will take the offer, unless they want to shoot themselves in the foot.

I welcome posts that challenge my position, The best person on here for doing that in my opinion is addicknt. I am just curious why this personal twitter feed from someone, I doubt many of us of heard of before this morning, is news. Now if Tiger was to post which way BHP, NCM or Blackrock were voting, I would be thanking him for the information, even if it's not what I wanted. Not being Funny Tiger, but you sound desperate, I don't even understand why you posted a post from this guys twitter account. You must have been searching on goggle for people that wanted NM removed, and after all your effort, this is the best you can come up with. I don't understand your postings of late. Maybe it's because you are averaged at 22 Pence, after you brought some more, which means you were close to the share price, before you brought. I think that's your bone of contention, as you expected to make money fast with this share, and you are upset, that it's not a company that's going to sell on the cheap. In order to make money here, you have to be a real investor, and have the confidence to ride this out. This Middlekoop guy, is an ex photo journalist, who now runs a fund, that doesn't appear to be doing to well, and he is a chartist, found one of his charts on twitter. I don't think he is Swazers, but this guy, is desperate. NM must be shaking in his boots, now that Middlekoop is voting against him.
