Actually Zoros, two good articles in a row, steady on old boy, not sure my heart can take it. More articles like this please, and less rubbish please. Everyone on this site wants information. The thing is how you Interpret the news.
This is my take, no doubt, yours is different.
With 30% of the tax take being used on interest payments on loans, the temptation to tax mining and all industry is there, and the left usually go for that solution, and then spend it, and never pay down the debt. So is self defeating.
However the left is in power, and they are trying two things, One is two cut the spending in the public sector, and not increase the taxes on citizens. ( He is currently failing, because of size of debt ). The second is To attract mining, and other industries into the country, and attract jobs, and increase tax take. ( this has a chance in my opinion, but only if they reduce the deficit, and I don't mean in real terms, I mean the actual debt. So as a percentage it falls faster ). Since the left are in power, I am hopeful for the country, and I think this is one of the most forward thinking governments, with a left wing agenda. Sure there are always political risks. But recently the UK were threatened with a Jeremy Corbyn government. Just think how bad that would have been for Industry and Commerce.
