It's a fair point Miagi, I believe it's because GGP have a clear pathway to production, once FN finance is completed, it's another step towards production. Many more steps to go, but we will attribute value along the way.

Good evening rcgl2, as you say ENSA is a company, that complies with the governance and the permits. Solgold had to change its procedures and governance to get the water permit for Alpala. If you remember it took some time. We are tied by the governance and compliance, so any company that acquires ENSA, has to change the way that the company operates, in order to comply. I am not saying it's impossible, but another impediment to acquiring ENSA. the other barriers, I am sure you understand, as they have debated within this forum.
That is why I believe Solgold will eventually get Alpala.
Wherever or not we get CGP, is unimportant.
That's also why, I believe no one else has bid for CGP.
the 15th October will come and go, and BHP will not bid for CGP either.

I don't think it's that easy to sell Alpala, because of the restrictions of ENSA.
ENSA was set up to make sure Alpala got built, It wouldn't surprise me if NM talking about uneconomical to sell, is because of the tax within the ENSA agreement, if sold before built. After all the government want the tax revenues.

Hi Jerry, I think the difference is GGP has sold out a large percentage, we will not. Our reward will be higher, but we just need to wait. I know that's not ideal for you, but do believe we will get exit points along the way.

Hi Richy, that's not true, I would take a buyout at the moment of 2 pounds a share now, and just over 3 pounds a share on projected PFS. I don't want it sold cheap.
The only way to achieve full value is to go to production, and defend low bids. As nobody is going to pay full value.
That's why I believe it will go to production, as I believe NM to be truthful.

Evening Richy and Barry, the reason we are the price that we are, is because we have no volume of trades, I don't like using comparisons, but look how many trades, and size of trades in GGP, then look at ours. It is just about being out there. I think that if we get FN deal signed, it will pick up, even without the PFS, but the PFS should help as well. The market needs to believe in Solgolds vision. It will in time.

Earthling, going to go back to not answering your posts, as you deny facts and evidence, we don't get updates, just because you want one, that is just silly. Know why you are invested.

Earthling, the only time drilling was stopped, was to get Covid19 measures in to protect workers. ( absolutely the right thing to do ) You don't seem to understand, that you cannot get the drilling progress from RNS's. I have said many times, you don't need to give updates on drilling, but it was happening, and is happening again.

Earthling, we did what we could, with the money available, The story has changed and the FN money, will push us on. So not just about RNS, you have to believe in the story. That's why I am invested.

The last report was Nov 2018, like I have said before, you don't get a RNS every time you drill, we have been drilling as presentations have announced, just no RNS up till now. You don't have to issue an RNS on drill results.

Earthlings we have had drill results over the last two years, they were at Alpala. That was the priority.

To clarify and hopefully wind up this point. Proof is not something that hasn't happened, doesn't mean it won't. Until we have indications of the actual event, which is observable directly or indirectly observed. It then becomes fact, The proof is in establishing that fact.

DBW you are misunderstanding proof. If you prove that you are not 100, then in order to do so, you prove your age, that is the proof. So buy proving your not 100, is actually proof.

Miagi, if NM said that a bid from Barrick has not been received, then that is proof. The point is if he has said nothing, then that is not proof. You cannot prove, that something has not happened, you can only prove things that have.

Addicknt, you are correct, I have done none of those things, my experience is as an employee in I.T as a technical analyst, problem solver, I have taken part in cooperate decisions on an advisory scale.
My more relevant experience is in Finance, and as a part qualified actuary, a career, I changed in early life, to get involved in the first generation of super computers.
It's not about winning, It is about evidence and how we base our decisions.
I have never said this won't be taken over as you know, but I do base my investment decisions on evidence and facts, and have done more than OK.

addicknt, I believe you know the concept of proof, but you either intentionally or unintentionally misquoted.
As for CGP, their is proof of a bid by Solgold, their is no proof of a bid for CGP .

Very good DBW, your quite right, I haven't had a VAT inspection, but that is my point, you cannot prove that something hasn't happened. You can accuse people, but if the accusation is not backed by evidence, then it is just an accusation. No proof is offered.
