Thank you everybody, I am always keen to learn more about ENSA, and Miagi, I will try to get expenditure the right way round. ( done that twice now ), but I guess the crux is, that CGP have 120 days after DFS, to start funding their share of construction. I am unsure how that translates to physical payments on certain dates, but guessing that's a case of wait and see, unless anyone can explain that part please.

Hi Schlemiel, a bit of history may help. When ENSA was created, Solgold didn't own 85%, I think it was about 70%. ( someone please correct me it I am wrong). In 2013, ENSA was changed, and over time, Solgold acquired the 85%, they have today. The point being, at that time, everyone thought that ENSA, would be sold in its entirety, after all, we are an explotation company. No one thought about fund raising, on either side. So today, we are in a different situation, and Solgold are firmly in charge of the process, and CGP, will either have to pay up, or sell.

Sorry to hear that Schlemiel, must admit, I don't understand the GGP valuation at the moment.

Good morning Schlemiel, not quite. Because ENSA is a company, or if you like wrapper that encompasses an area, that includes Alpala. It has all the governance woven into it and the permits. There are tax implications for selling ENSA, which NM has commented on at various times. So a sale of Alpala is off the menu. The only way a major can tie up ENSA, in its entirety is to let Solgold buy CGP, or their share of ENSA, and then purchase Solgold. That presents another problem, in that if we buy CGP, this means we acquire their Solgold shares in treasury, and that makes us even harder to bid for than now, for obvious reasons. NM has ruled out JV's, as these are difficult to manage. So we are left with going to production, and buying in the relevant expertise, and building the infrastructure and the mine itself.

Solgold website, been down a while now. Normally companies, can pass across to a second server or network. Maybe updating website with information, across cluster.

CGP market cap in pounds today is 97.4 million pounds, and they need to raise over 40 million pounds next year to give to Solgold. That will be interesting.

Zoros, they I think believe CGP, the same as i believe Solgold, but they need to ask themselves, why they have called an EGM and done nothing, then read ENSA, and understand they cannot use their 15% of ENSA, to raise money.
They also need to pay attention to how they are going to fund costs up to DFS, which is less than a year away.
They should ask CGP, how they are going to do this.

I was thinking about creating my ID on the CGP board, and offering them the evidence with links, but I am not going to do that, as not an investor in CGP, I just hope some of the more informed members on CGP chat, take the time to read the ENSA agreement, so they are not disadvantaged.

Good evening Miagi, but as PFS would be greater, I am guessing would cost no more than 15%, maybe less. If this is true, good news, but would rather see bonds issued.

I said no dilution for Alpala, as we can finance this.
I said minimal dilution, for exploration. No great miracle there. As just believing what NM has told us.

You tell another investor to sell his holding in Solgold today, and put the shares in GGP, but you say you are holding 500,000.
So you are misleading people.
As for your holding in GGP, really couldn't care, as I would carry out that conversation on the GGP page. I won't as I am not invested in GGP, and won't be at the present prices.

Good afternoon Jerry, I understand, but for me the facts have not changed, as I always believed that the FN deal would happen, I also believe no bids in October, I also believe Solgold, will end up owning 100% of Alpala. But admit I could be wrong, just no facts to see, regarding a bid, but as always, I wish you well Jerry.
