And that's the problem and why no bids have been forthcoming.

In order for the main party's to even entertain selling their stake.

The bid has to make it worthwhile.

This is the power in the book remaining diverse.

Nobody is going to make a bid high enough that makes the other holders say that's so good we need to sell our stake.

We have people on here that won't take under a pound a bid, and that looks like a poor valuation once we start construction.

So now that we are going to construction, all the other main shareholders have to do is reject any bid, unless it's compelling.

I just don't see a compelling bid until we are in production or very close to it, because if you are going to shell out that much money, you are going to want a sure thing, that you can hold a slide rule against in order to measure revenue.

Here is a thought experiment for all on here.

Looking at the majors that own shares in Solgold, and the fact that they either want to hold their stake in the company or increase it.

How does a bid actually happen.

We have the same scenario that we have had for over a decade, where no bid has happened for all the reasons I have previously stated.

I do believe that if the RNS is price sensitive, then they cannot delay issuing it, as that would allow for insider trading.

I do accept that RNS's that are not price sensitive can. Be released at any time.

Anything which is price sensitive, must be communicated at the earliest time possible through an RNS.

This is why posters on here who think RNS's are released at strategic times are wrong.

However I would like to think that the last RNS's should have resulted in a higher share price.

So we can give updates on previous RNS's without releasing a new one, so for example an update on Tandy for instance.

The future of the power is the key issue.

We have signed an understanding with the company providing the power.

This is a mixture of hydroelectric and Solar.

However how much power do we require for a start up for Tandy, as Solar and one of the various Solar strategies could suffice.
