My thoughts are as follows.

The creation of Solgold Finance AG in which everything that is Cascabel, being the tenements and finance in in one wrapper is so we can simplify accounts and build Cascabel.

Nothing to do with a sale, as we could have sold Cascabel without creating Solgold Finance AG.

This means that we have a production company and an exploration company, and as we find other sites to take to construction, then we would transfer them into Solgold Finance AG, so that the income from Cascabel can also bring them to construction.

I understand that a purchase of the property could be undertaken, so one side doesn't miss out on investment.
