I will base mine on understanding the fundamentals of any company I invest in.
According to you if we don't sell we are doomed.
If you really believe that you should sell now, as why would anyone buy us unless we can do this ourselves.
If we can't then a buyer will watch us collapse.

Addicknt, I begin to doubt who you are.
This is basic accounting. When we get funding, the equity part is a small percentage. With the advent of construction, we are leveraged in such a way that the books balance from the extra money and extra equity. From that perspective nothing changes.
However the way we are valued changes big time.
We have seen this even in this share.
When we had just over 600 million shares, I brought in at 4.6 pence. Today we have nearly four times as many shares and we are at a higher price. This is because we moved from two donkeys and a drill rig, to our current position. Financing Alpala will move us on again.

Sorry not 300 million shares, I meant 300 million dollars worth of shares.

If 300 million extra shares issued along with bonds, loans and offtake.
Then the share price increases with the increased shares.

This is because we would finally move from an NPV valuation to a NAV valuation.
Remember we now have the capital to construct Alpala, and with funding arranged the market will be factoring in future earnings.
As I am sure you know when we have a NAV we are valued in a totally different way.
Next it makes it far easier to raise funds for our other exploration projects.
Yes some further dilution but also loans against the company, because we will have a large asset that has future earnings.
I am sure you get the rest.

Offtake works by future production, so no servicing for this finance. Yes loans are serviced, but staged and interest rolled up.

I did not say one or two years for DD.
Hence again if you read what I said the bid has to be hostile, you will not get an agreed bid without DD.
We have constantly had a strong defensive position. ( I know you don't understand the diverse book ) but it's much more than this.

Maybe my reasoning is correct, as I have called this right, as we have had no bid, when you have said we will get a bid more than once.

You may be correct LunchMoney, but not at the moment.
Solgold have recently said that they are talking to no one. To me that means if they started talking to someone, we would be some time off due diligence, so if they started tomorrow on such a massive project, we are talking over a year, maybe over two. You don't get a bid for such a massive project as this unless it's a hostile bid.
So we have a strong defensive position, which people on here ignore and think that a bid will happen, even though the evidence says otherwise.
JV's . These are complicated, and I personally think Solgold would rather avoid these. Disagreement over various stages of build. Different approaches to problem solving, when problems arise. These things and others always increase costs.
So I see the cheapest most effective way to bring Alpala to production, is to build it ourselves.
One big hurdle is financing. However Solgold seems confident that they can raise the money, so I am relaxed.

Correct SharketMare, but people like you take things in isolation, so think how a change in the book happens, and that may give you an insight. It's not mutually exclusive, as an investor you should understand that.

Agreed LunchMoney, as you are aware and the other intelligent posters on here, I have never said a bid is out the question, just that the most probable path is construction. After DFS and BFS and raising of the capital and with the construction of the infrastructure starting, we may get a bid, wherever it will be accepted is another thing entirely.

Solgold have stated they have had no one approach them and that they continue to production.
If you have any evidence for a bid them show us.
Lots of evidence that we are going to production. It's in every presentation for the last seven years.
