On the contrary Bozi the PEA for Alpala underpinned the price at 10p, before that we went between 1.5 and 10 pence.
The PFS got us to 46p. However underpinned us till recently at around 22p.
I believe what we are seeing is external.
People need money, and people moving to safe havens. It's temporary in my view. Lot's of turmoil in the world, creating the uncertainty we are seeing.

Again Bozi the mining press have been talking about a Solgold takeover since hole five. That's about a decade ago.
I don't pay any attention to speculation.
I like to see what changes are occurring.
If it looks like someone is acquiring above twenty percent.
I will of course rethink my position on a possible bid.

Morning Bozi, on this I disagree. There is no takeover rumour. It only exists in the heads of some of the people on this forum. Any takeover rumour would see us increase our share price north of 40p.
I believe even when we sort out our next fund raise, we will not see a massive difference in the share price.
Hopefully a good PEA for Porvenir and the updated PFS for Alpala, will underpin our price.
However the DFS will be more positive because then we fund raise for the construction of Alpala.
This will mean we will see real value attributed to Solgold, and as the production day gets nearer, a proper step up.

What people largely forget is although pension companies and funds hold large amounts of shares in companies.
That this is not true for companies like Solgold.

ColonelDrake you will not get 100 million for one percent offtake. That deal was on the larger mine design and longer life over the first 25 years.
When the PFS was announced that deal was scaled back and now to he sum is greater than one percent.

However it may well be included in the fund raise for construction of Alpala, along with loans and some dilution. I am beginning to see a second cashbox to get us to DFS. I don't think NCM and BHP has any choice apart from to participate.

Covid is still with us, we have higher costs all round the world, economic activity is lower in places like China.
We have war in the Ukraine.
We have floods and heatwaves wiping out crops.
We have as a planet taken on loads of debt.
We have climate change costs which are to come.

And yet people are surprised that we will have a downturn in demand for commodities at the moment.

We will be online in 2025 hopefully just in time for the recovery.

So no fundraise took place.

I can answer that Zoros. It would be none of them.

Good afternoon rcgl2, as you say we can launch a cashbox offer, and nobody can do anything about it. It's just about pitching it right.
I would prefer if NCM and BHP didn't take part. I am pretty sure Valuestone and others would.
I however wonder if we might get another offtake deal.

My preference would be for a placing higher than we currently are. It's not impossible.

JG1964 this is a share with very little exposure. We trade very small volumes.
We cannot even get to ten million shares a day every day, as a minimum.
So with little interest we slowly drift until we get some news, then its up a bit.
I hope we have a base of around 20p ( I know we are lower at the moment ).
But we need to attribute value by increasing the NPV.
This I feel with the enhanced PFS for Alpala and the PEA for Porvenir may help the situation.
So it's a long journey and patience required.
When I bought in a few months later my investment more than halved to under 2p a share. Those days are long gone.
Lot's of news to come, but it takes time.
This time next year I feel we will have a clearer path, as we will the year after.
