Can't get my head round this Jezzoo poster.
Things we know.
He has lost half his stake in Solgold, because he has said so.
He constantly ticks up Slugs posts. Not nice.
He likes ticks.

Yet 90% of his Solgold posts are about me.

Only word I can use to describe him is strange.
He seems to like stalking me.

Since 2015 Solgold have transitioned into becoming a production company and we are well on our way.

I rarely tick up people on here, but Not2sure you get a tick up.
Correct NM served us well and continues to do so.
While too many on here said he would be out, he is still batting for himself and us smaller shareholders.

Sadly, Ortherncopper you may be correct don't believe they will say anything about funding unless they are asked a question on the subject.

Good morning Bozi like you I don't know the answers, but maybe another perspective.

1) The company consulted our major shareholders, because that's what companies do. I dare say other business was discussed at the same time. But on this they disagreed.

2) I doubt it, but in the early years the answer is yes.
Hopefully we hear something today in the presentation.
Also remembering that even with the number of employees we now have means a higher cash burn.

However we only need to cash raise to get us just beyond DFS, as the company has then said options open up to us.
This may go somewhere to answer why our major shareholders were not happy with Solgolds proposal's, as it would put Solgold in a strong position to go it alone.

3) I again don't know. I don't believe we will have any problems raising cash, as in answer two, we don't require an enormous amount to get us to a position where we can raise cash to construct Alpala and move to production, with little of it being equity.

Thank you Copperpot. Understand, I got tired of it myself. I have known for sometime that some of the so called experts on here are nothing of the sort.

You don't know what a cashbox raise is.
You state that BHP and NCM may have blocked a cashbox raise.
But they cannot.
You see shareholder permission is not necessary for a cashbox raise.
So this was most certainly not the issue.

I have my phone with me most days, so when I have a quiet moment I post. Some days I don't have my phone on me, as doing things and seeing friends. I posted a lot more in lockdown and was over 500 posts in a 30 day period.
That was too much.
Most people on here don't post about Solgold, they just post about who's going to take them over, usually because of some broker note, which is completely meaningless.
So some days I post more, some not at all.

On going off topic, I despise rac.ism, abuse of women and people who shout far left and far right extemist views. I was brought up to challenge people like this. We are just unfortunate enough to have all these attributes in one individual.

I am guessing Fawzi is just frustrated as lots of people asking questions, to which we have all the answers.
We are doing the PEA for Porvenir, The updated PFS for Alpala and a DFS middle of next year.
What other information does anyone want.
Seems to me that we have all the required information available.

Morning Massiveray, as addicknt says we have the majority of trades off book. Hence this is where I imagine they are coming from and hence not directly affecting the share price.

I believe we may be seeing block trading taking place. Either one of the main players is increasing their holding, or we have a new player.
This would explain the current price, as currently it would be off the book.

How do we know all this ?
Because the company has communicated at every stage, they have kept us fully updated.

Why not ask your friend Slug, he has predicted 4 takeovers (EACH TIME HE WAS WRONG)
You yourself show you know nothing about investing, as you ask the timescales.
These have been laid out many times by the company and discussed endlessly on here.
