Has anyone thought about what selling Cascabel means
First of all it has to be defined as a separate entity.
We must define the employee's that are paid by this entity.
Also subcontractors and subcontracts.
Any company that has an agreement would require novation.
Plus a host of other things.
At one point it with be faster to construct Alpala and move to production than sell it off.

The problem I see is anyone could have brought CGP beforehand, but didn't. Why was that ?
Could it have been because no one wants Solgold in it's entirety.
What they want is Cascabel/Alpala.
When Cascabel/Alpala is 100% owned by Solgold then this is easier.
However the price still has to be right.
So I believe we still continue to DFS and funding will be acquired to start construction.

So we proceed to DFS, to fund raise for Alpala with the various options the DFS opens up for us.

Yes we had drilling stopped during Covid, but we were also told that Alpala was the priority to get us to PFS and drilling put on hold.

Trust me Solgolds delays are nothing compared to the oil and gas sector.

We were told that was on hold to escalate Alpala and that is exactly what we have done.
Agree on the 20 tenements JV program for the 10 properties.
But who knows what may be announced in the future.
They are still talking about them so they have not been abandoned.

The cash is a side issue and always has been.
We can raise cash anytime.
Just how we raise it.

The board have my full support, they have done everything they said they would.
We got PFS for Alpala, we are on our way to PFS2 the upgraded PFS for Alpala.
We are looking at getting a PEA for Porvenir. This could add significantly to the NPV.
We are assured of funding.
We have the interesting CGP development.
What more could you want.
As seasoned Investors you all realise that share prices fluctuate. Especially with the current world environment.
The point is do we believe in the outcome.

That I partly agree with DG1
I believe we go to DFS, but after that finance opportunities open up with minimal dilution.
Company said it again recently.
Who knows someone may buy ENSA.
But maybe they will part finance it for an offtake agreement, which we fund the rest through loans.
So zero or near zero dilution.
We all know it's a journey, just not the destination.

Sorry but more and more fantasy from DG1.
We are having a strategic review and looks like streamers are involved.
That doesn't sound like a bid, it sounds like we continue to the DFS.
