I believe things have moved on and we are actively looking for a JV to take Alpala to production.
I believe this is what the strategic review will show.

Agreed Anon3 on all apart from our new CEO.
He is an interim CEO, not a permanent appointment.

I have a suggestion.

All the people that think a sale is imminent.
Could you please publish a date that when this date passes you will stop repeating this mantra, so that this forum can do away with this nonsense and discuss the way forward for Solgold.

It says an interest in Cascabel not the sale.
It's talking about a JV to take us to production.

Addicknt the shift in direction comment could mean anything, it's ambiguous.
How about it meaning we are going to joint venture Alpala.
After all that is what is being talked about and it is a shift in direction.

Addicknt did you not read what the strategic review covers.
It talks about how to finance Alpala.
It talks about reducing costs to bring Alpala to production.
It talks about the final updated mine design.
That is the main part of the strategic review.
Everything else is secondary as the latest RNS indicates.

Good morning Copperpot, while I agree with you on most things Solgold.
I must disagree with the imminent sale language for the last two years.
It's been the last 9 year's.

Wow! There is some real twisting of this latest RNS.
Try reading it and absorbing what it actually says.
It says we are looking for a JV for Cascabel.
It says it's looking for better financing terms.
It says it's looking for bringing Alpala to production cheaper.
It does not say it will be sold cheap, but for the correct price.
Selling therefore brings the diverse book argument into being.
So noone will buy at that price.
DFS is delayed not dead.
This is because of delayed PFS update for Alpala and PEA for Porvenir.

ColonelDrake of course PFS 2 is not dead in the water.
That is how we reduce costs for Alpala.
Try reading.
It's delayed no more than that and required for DFS.

Addicknt on my first post I explain that the whole of the announcement is ignored apart from one small bit.
It's the announcement that is contradictory not me.
Basically the announcement says everything is on the table.
Today's RNS is the same.
We will not be sold by Christmas as so many on here have said.
We continue to production, next stage is DFS.
It really couldn't be more straightforward.

Also didn't I say that the 0.6% royalty of 50 million was for Alpala DFS.
That is exactly what we are doing.
Plus a reduced build cost.
Nothing here saying we are going to sell Cascabel unless we get the price we want.
That has always been the case.
All the people that said we would be sold by the end of the year are wrong again.
They cannot understand why.
Yet I have been proven correct again.
It doesn't mean we are selling Solgold or Alpala.

Agreed Bozi everything is on the table, yet somehow people have concentrated on one aspect and the most unlikely one to support their worldview.

It does not mean selling Alpala of Solgold as a whole.
I guess we will know more in the new year.

I was stating fact.

My understanding Jezzoo is we get one when we go to production, should all other licenses be in place.

Doesn't work that Jezzoo We have an exploration license.
To build we require an exploitation license.
