Why is there such a difference in the spread to sell
Please explain why they wrote to you and no one else
Yes I have already spoken with Dee nearly everyday and she seems very helpful but every morning the site is not working again and this morning can’t even get through as phone just rings and then mess to say no one to answer your call, she also offered me one week free , but at the end of the day they are useless as not providing the service they are charging for. Thanks for your help.
Help , I subscribed to sharemagazine after Moneyam merged with the, but have problems signing in everyday and today not been able to at all and when I ring them phone message states currently no one to take your call, is anyone else having issues with Sharemagazine? Is there any other website to view live share price and trades? Any help is appreciated.
Hi, please can anyone advice anything similar to Mkneyam, is there any other website that does show live price share streaming the way we were able to see on Moneyam. I have paid to Sharemagazine but that site does not seem to be working properly at all. Also when you are able to log in you cannot see the live trades going through as you were on Moneyam. So please any suggestions of different website to see live trades and prices would be much appreciated. Moneyam was excellent don’t understand why they have closed that site, even though they say you can see the same information on Sharemagazine that is not true. I have even been in touch with Sharemagazine and they cant seem to sort that site out. Please if anyone can suggest anything similar to Moneyam. Many thanks
hi, just had a callback from Equinity and she said they are passing my complaint onto the complaint team, but at the minute they are not going to chase me for the debit on my account. I said that's not good enough as other brokers have paid their clients and she saidthat is because something to do with Crest, well I said I don't care as far as I'm concerned my contrat with them States as soon as the sale has gone through they should pay up and she had no answer to that other then say she's passing my complaint on. I said I want all this in writing as I have already spoken to FSO who are willing to act for me. She said the complaint team have 10 days to respond.......
i had a callback from manager from Equinity only to tell me they will update me as soon as they know more, I said the only answer I will accept is advising me that money going back into my account as I had made the sale when the company was not suspended and so Equinity should honour my money. She was not very good but did not deny that I was right. I also told her that my other broker has not said what they are saying to their clients. I will give it tell Monday and then chase if I don't get any results.
yes I sold on the 12th, bought different shares on the 15th as my account was in credit from the Carillion shares and then on the 18th I was sent an email to say about my debit. So in reality the credit was on my account and then they decided to take it back when they knew after Monday that the shares had been suspended. Do deal with a different broker to and have asked them what would have they done in this situation, they said once the deal was made the money would be on my account and they would not take it back as suspension happened after my dealing.
thanks for all your thoughts, still not had no callback from manager, also just to let you all know I sold on the 12th but did not get message till the 18th and also I did not see the account till yesterday to notice the minus figure and that is when I rang them straight away only to be fobbed of that the settlement date was after the suspended date of the share. I have sent email but still had no response from that either.
i have just rang another broker, Jarvis, and they said because I sold on Friday the payment should be made to me. Just thought I share this with other people in same situation.
Thanks for your answer, I rang that number and she wanted to put me to through to a dealer who would only advise me what they they have already told me. I have requested a callback from a manger.
I, too sold on Friday through Equinity and then bought different shares as I had the funds from my sale from Carillion and now my account showing debit in my account, this is not fair as the sale went through fine on Friday. I rang Equinity and they said because shares were suspended on Monday the settlement date didn't go ahead but my argument is that is not my fault and they should foot the bill as that's is the business they do, where should I go from here? Any helpful advice appreciated.
Thanks for the info, if anyone else knows any more please don't be shy to share your knowledge.
