Tbow, it's funny when people call lies 'discussion'. It isn't discussion, you're just chatting nonsense to try and deramp the company for whatever reason, it's exceedingly obvious and doesn't work.

No no no to a takeover or merger! ALK is going to be big enough, strong enough, important enough to stand on its own two feet. There is a massive problem among UK investors, whereby they constantly pine for takeovers of junior companies to reap short term (but lower) benefits, rather than willing them to succeed on their own and realise higher longer term gains.

Then those same investors complain about a lack of new companies listing in London and how much better the US stock exchanges are. It’s an awful cycle which is why I a) don’t believe ALK would ever sell off TVL (they’re determined to retain a controlling stake after the finance deal) and b) if they ever did propose that I would vote strongly against it and encourage others to do the same!

This constant obsession with strong, good, new British companies being taken over must end, it’s madness!

Back in? M&G never stopped being a shareholder. They’re one of the company’s biggest and most loyal shsreholders - and for many years were the only people who seemed to be able to see the massive advantage of what Pensana have in Angola and one of the only people willing to throw money at it to develop. Clearly they’re very happy to throw more money Pensana’s way and they aren’t doing that on a whim!

You don't need to challenge SP - everyone including himself knows he's spouting nonsense, he just hates PA and is bitterly determined (not to mention just plain bitter) to lie continuously in a very feeble attempt to bring the company down, which isn't going to work because clearly, most investors and the US government are aware of how valuable Longonjo is as a deposit and how valuable PRE is going to be as a company once they start mining.

Once again, if you're a potential investor considering investing in Pensana who should you listen to more, (semi) anonymous bitter little man on the internet or the US Export Import bank, the DFC, the AFC, Absa Bank, and the Angolan Sovereign Wealth Fund? My money is with, well, the people who got the money!

They’ve already said Nasdaq is a separate workstream, they’ll wait until the share price is higher… Not a problem - the project economics only keep getting better and now with the additional HREE processing it’s yet another string to the bow.

Funny how his mood changes - almost like he's a predator out to try and persuade retail to act so that he can profit. Anyone paying attention to him rather than company RNS' that show clear, consistent progress and satellite photos that consistently show work has been progressing on site in advance of the plant arriving next year, is an idiot.

🤣 to deny that all these institutions are very clearly involved with Pensana when the funding to build the mine has actively been drawn down upon and there’s photographic evidence of Pensana execs with DFC execs on the steps of congress is just entering a whole new level of insane 😅

Anyone who wishes to see the work that's been undertaken so far at Longonjo need only consult the satellite view which is freely available through Copernicus online. Any shareholder who wishes to meet the management or put questions to them is welcome to attend the upcoming AGM, and anyone who believes a random internet moniker with a painfully obvious motive over the likes of the FSDEA, Absa, the AFC, the US Export/Import Bank, VAC, and for that matter the US Government, needs to give their head a wobble.

Delayed reported trades are always marked as unknown so that’s irrelevant - to be honest the size isn’t massive either, I was getting dummy quotes through HL to flog 122,000 in one trade.

EXIM is another option for the debt funding for LJ, which would likely come with better terms than the ABSA/AFC option (which remains available to the company). Given the noise about accelerating production to late 2026, this would probably be available more expediently than the African loan as well. It also secures US interest in the company, which would hold benefits for the continued exploration and development of the Coola license.

Nasdaq is a secondary listing, it hasn’t been confirmed yet whether a share issuance would go along with this - personally I’m of the opinion that it would not be necessary so I don’t see the company receiving money for the Nasdaq listing, only increased liquidity / share price.

It only affects sentiment right now - long term the need for the west to secure non-China supply chains remains as strong as it has ever been. Personally I believe it’s a mixture of that (which is totally overblown if you ask me) and continuing fallout from Wood group selling their shares, and stop losses from people who were buying in at 175p

So they asked for AI, Quantum, Nuclear, or Rare Earths and you gave them none of those things? Graphite isn’t a Rare Earth, don’t get me wrong I love BRES but putting it out in response to a question about other things is going to be ignored…

Think people are reading far too much into this - it’s Wood Group dumping 5m shares onto the market because they’re strapped for cash, nothing more. Personally reckon they’re just about done now so I added 7000 at 130p this afternoon…

When stocks drop for no obvious reason, that’s when to be nervous. Here there was a very clear, very obvious reason as to who would’ve been selling last week. There was still plenty of buying demand there and that will continue. Admittedly with an average of 25p I’m not likely to be nervous here any time soon but as has been said - there’s a fully financed mine currently under construction which will produce materials that are in extremely high demand globally, this is as safe as it gets in the junior mining space!

My opinion is it’s Wood having sold a chunk - they aren’t an investment firm, they’ve waited a long time to get paid, and they need cash. Simplest explanation is usually the correct one and this one stacks up for me.
