Why is Ben just doing the Q&A in a Telegram group? I don't do Telegram as FK79 doesn't so why choose just some people? That's biased, surely it makes sense to reach everyone? or don't the others opinions matter?

Also putting trust in them to make the right decision on our behalf is dangerous I think, BT is still sat on Eridge & Teathers from years ago which got took private.

I see it that now's your one chance if you want to try to change and the route of this as it doesn't seem the way, I don't think (unless you are PureBond, BT or the team who will probably do quite nicely thank you).

Barker if all small holders unite behind the Shareholder Action Group, it suddenly becomes a much larger number.

I agree with you I'd like to hear from KeithOz (subject to his disclosure of the conflict of interests) as there appears to be a current professional involvement of some description, judging by his phrasing regarding HE1 and PRD.

I'd also like to hear from the founders of KAV /former directors etc who are still invested from IPO & what they think.

FK - good point, thanks for the calculations. You are right, and the former directors may have differing views, they held a fair amount of the company initially from memory, although they have been heavily diluted since BT arrived. Seen some of the old warrants expiring recently too, I would not be best pleased. Has anyone checked the shares issued & headroom for shares to be issued since last AGM and if KAV is within its allowances?

Ah I may be wrong but on Twitter I thought Ben said Pure Bond wouldn't be able to vote on the Whitewash (2nd part) GM, no mention of the AGM 1st part... surely it should be both parts due to conflict of interests?...

I assume the unpaid placing money from Nov 22 (of Arigo Capital Limited (Rwanda) ?) are not able to vote since this it isn't buy now pay later, so I think they shouldn't have votes.

Been following this discussion and my opinion is I agree with you, Shareholders need to call a General Meeting now, in order show their disapproval to the board and to also take control of the questions actually being voted on in the GM, before its too late.

So GILD shares were sold by BLU last month by the now ex director, on the instructions of a few minority shareholders - price has since almost doubled in GILD.

Great idea with the selling & at that point, well done everyone involved (sarcasm intended).

Let's hope they get this show on the road soon.

I just don't get why the minority of shareholders who voted to block Lew would allow for one of the Blu investments to be sold at an all-time low in this manner.

Could've timed the selling better - price in Guild was 2.65p at one point late last month, would've got BLU more money.... Do these people in charge think at all? - my opinion...

KeithOz, re the rns & your post point (2) I've seen John Lauderdale mentioned in the presentation but not Tiyapo (Tipps) Ngwisanyi or Jeremy S. Brett, where are you seeing their previous mentions? Thanks

* KAV would probably have to pay a premium for such a large order, possibly above 2p if they bought the open market so it would cost more than 100k.

* If they did this, POW would not benefit from the purchase, whereas now they'll get the 100k, not the seller in the market.

* Also they now have the Super Warrants thrown in for revenue generation when/if the share price of POW rockets going forward.

* The last thing they want to do is stop their JV partner getting revenue, not good business practice, they are standing by their business deal as they should.

In my opinion.

Hang on, so you had to recently email Ben? Was this made public to all shareholders beforehand? I wasn't aware of it.
