They look interesting, seem to be up 16.72% today. It was the TEA investment that got me looking at them, seem to have an online options platform that is used by 40/50 brokers and their own company. I'm looking to get some at the right price of course :) Glad the online got sorted, really wish Digital Look would update IPOs so you can buy/sell online on the 1st day though, a real pain having to phone and slight delay can lose you money!...

Surely with oil prices so much lower, the offer price on the business they are after should reflect this? Looking at the prices of the oilies on AIM, XPLs offer price should be much lower than when they first initiated talks...

Yes I agree, I spend a lot of time studying shares, reading the boards and generally looking around to see what is going on and to get a feel for it, usually around lse, but not always posting, sometimes a lot of bravado for a wee lass!!... Think I'm getting better at choosing shares for ISA but nowhere near the experience of you and Dan... but happy to learn and grab tips wherever I can.. Some people enjoy being negative & doom/gloom merchants, others have a hidden agenda - to get in cheap from what I can see... Some posters post positive then negative within 5 mins of each other - WR N key example!! crazy board IMO... On a diff note I've been researching techfinancials 'cos of the tea investment, they provide the backend for 40/50 online brokers around the globe apparently, and have launched their own options platform, similar market to plus500 maybe? I'm still looking into them but I thought they looked quite interesting, at the right price of course...

I emailed John Roddison @ Xplorer for an update (wishful thinking I know), but he's probably too busy running brownmcleod... zero contact from the company for 3 months is shockingly poor in my opinion. Just an update for shareholders would be nice...

That's strange, Miller... I just checked on Share centre & they have it listed but prices are missing, maybe Digital Look don't have it setup properly yet (they can be awfully slow for IPO's & name changes) - usually have to email or phone them for the first few days to get it sorted....

with you skoda, if it becomes the industry standard with the key brokers using it, then it could be absolutely massive..

Like its going ok! Teathers also now have a holding of Tech Financial, looks like a decent binary trading solution and is used by 40 or 50 companies it appears.... Fin Tech does seem to do well, so good they are gaining after their 1st day trading.

Lets hope that we get an increase like BZM (or higher), when we come out of suspension, Geek, fingers crossed... We haven't been suspended quite as long as W RN (theirs was October I believe) but we are certainly heading in that direction, hurry up XPL Bod & sort it out! :)

On small caps I can't see why it takes them months in due diligence - you lift the lid and checkout the business finances/customers/debts/assets/model/fundamentals/cashflow/orderbook etc etc. It either looks good & healthy & a good investment or it doesn't!.... On a big business, granted there will be lots to look at, but on smaller caps they do seem to drag their heels a bit IMO...
