Maybe they haven't got the actual 30%+ of shares with voting rights... Takeover panel ruling.. Maybe that's the prob, shares not settled... can't vote..? Guesswork but that's how I read it...

Indeed! the rns's voting rights ambiguous (or form not completed correctly at least).. Prob same for most of the holders whilst they are trying to settle (except the longer term fixed) imo.. Crazy!
