Spot on Mister Green. Terminated is a strong word that is not often used and must mean they are convinced that he is wrong'un. Ordinarily this would mean no contractual rights, no performance options etc. With an AGM coming perhaps that's the time to ask and find out?

Not so, oldslow65. The placing was oversubscribed. You would then expect a healthy aftermarket as those who did not get their intended allocation buy in th aftermarket and the price move forward. This has not happened. The reason for the decline is 1. there has been a/some persistent seller/s in the market and 2. the uncertainty created by Boughtwood which remains unresolved after far too long which casts a shadow over the Board and its corporate governance of the company. 1. will take care of itself but not until 2. is finally announced, he is sacked without compensation, and we are reassured that the Board will not allow something like this to happen again.
