Yes there is a process but there shouldn't be any reason why DGI isn't listed. Platform users just need to ask the platform to add it to their dealing list.

I read on another board that the options expire on the 13th April. They are going to have to pull a rabbit out of a hat to get the price up above the 0.25p level to make that happen. Otherwise they are worthless. On the bright side less dilution for us holders I guess, but we would all like to see a price nearer the broker valuation level.

A company cannot buy back shares, nor pay a dividend, unless it has positive retained earnings. Which DGI doesn't, and is unlikely to have for some years to come. Moreover HyperAl is absolutely spot on. Why on earth would a company at this stage of growth even be contemplating it as a future event? Lets get contracts, real revenues, profitability first.... Then, relax.
