IF you had the slightest idea what you are writing about you would realise that the £6m and £2m respectively you are referring to are caps on share issuance at the nominal share value, not the current share price. This is always the case. For goodness sake if you are that ignorant better to stay quiet. Otherwise you confirm it with each post.

DGI is currently an investing company. This will change when it moves to AIM as I have already told you. When a company delists from Standard List any listing on AIM is regarded as an entirely new Admission, regardless of it having been quoted elsewhere before. Therefore the new Admission document will reflect the company as being a trading business which is not subject to the £6mm minimum raise requirement. Just the 18 month working capital requirement.

Truth, you are partly correct but also partly wrong. Yes, SIM rules are for £6m cash, this refers to investment companies, not trading businesses. Any move to AIM will be as a trading business.

Things do appear to have slowed. No update on material developments for a while now. The market is long of stock and the mms are not bidding in any size at present.
