If it flows commercially at good rates the SP will look after itself in the present and the future will be.........well we don't know. The Company won't bring a "Civil" case, if they think any wrong doing with the evidence they have provided to them, plus their own investigation, they simply hand it over to the Police/FCA. Understand that bit? Not hard!

Now on the other hand a Individual, eg CS or other Director, who has been libelled/defamed and believes there has been harm to their reputation, distress cause and/or financial harm, even the threat of, then they bring a "Civil Case" where the individual making eg thousands of abusive claims as a matter of record, has to PROVE them! Not the individual bringing the case.

@maybe_tomorrow time scales roughly a week to prep and frack/pump fluids in - 1/2 weeks for flowback, pump fluids out - gas flows then got to measure again, pressure tests etc.............caveat is all Wells are different but imho not less than 3 weeks for everything including results

2@dodge10299 They used the old well first saving probably a million as no drilling Required. Secondly it had the historic gas shows from a DST. Thirdly the 3D seismic confirmed the Helium is there.

Remember the Sproule Report also confirmed the Helium is there.

The issues first it appears they damaged the well with the down bore equipment and had to fix it. It happen, especially as an old Well.

The it seems the acidization worked to a degree in that is pushed out further from the borehole and established communication with the reservoir. But at this time it seems not enough to establish commercial flow. The Porosity seems to have not been quite as good as hoped for.

All the info and data they achieved up to that point led to deciding to Frack it. They would have taken professional advice from experts before taking this next step. The have to justify the time and expense to do so therefore must think have good chance at success. Modern day fracking is much better than even 10 years ago.

That is just my honest assessment of the RNS. I am here for the end result. This being AIM all these EWT's, drills etc are a gamble and nothing guaranteed. But I remain optimistic and accept the outcome either way. My money, my choice, blame no one, laughing or crying.........
