Blubay one last thing before I sign off. You should know it isn't just the flow rates that count. The more important thing will be the Reservoir modelling. How much, how long. I expect large amounts of both ;-)

ps development plans can be adapted as you go, more wells drilled etc the basics in the FS were good enough for the TG to know they were going to make money, I suspect for a long time. Do you not think that once started they would bend over backwards to facillitate any plans that will make them more money and.....world wide headlines ;-)

Blubay I can do the maths thanks. I also know the how mining can be notoriously slow. To get to where we are now, well over last 18 months anyway, is brilliant. You don't worry about the economics mate. The TG, BOD and myself pretty happy where they are heading. I get it you always seem to be very cautious from reading your posts. However, from my research, and knowledge, I prefer to be supremely optimistic and now have a considerable holding, and buying more on dips.

For me now with the ML offer my money is safe and derisked and I only see more profit. How much, well I expect a lot! GL to you and your investments, now I taking a back seat again as very busy and wait for the next RNS which I expect sometime next week. Either ML acceptance and maybe more details or Jackson 31 results.

BluBay I agree, expansion is very much on the cards. I suspect further stake in Blue star projects or even a US licence of their own would be a good start. Perhaps with such good relations with TG they already got eye of further there? Every step makes the tasty HE1 morsel much more appetising for a major's take out ;-)

They don't take that long as all the data/info is simply passed over. I doubt very much need boots on the ground for this. Fact is Lorna could actually do it herself, see other CEO's do it in mining companies. But obviously third party better. Why would you think it may take another 3 months?

Fractured Basement interval flowed a sustained average of 5.5% helium (air corrected) to surface and up to a maximum of 6.7% helium (air corrected)

· Faulted Karoo Group interval flowed a sustained average of 5.2% helium (air corrected) to surface and up to a maximum of 7.9% helium (air corrected)

· The fractured Basement interval also flowed up to 1.1% hydrogen to surface

· The well flowed naturally at a maximum flow rate of 2,701 barrels per day ("bpd") of fluid on a 36/64ths of an inch choke setting which equates to 834 standard cubic feet per day ("scf/d") of helium

· Internal modelling demonstrates that this could increase to 20,000 bpd of fluid with artificial lift in the development phase. On this basis, the Company estimates the actual flow rate would increase to 6,176 scf/d of helium, when applying an average concentration of 5.5% helium

· The fractured Basement interval flowed naturally for a period of six days with helium gas in solution, and little air contamination in what has been determined to be a pure helium/nitrogen mix

NB the FS that the TG just spent 5 months studying. Anyone who thinks that with 100M financing we will only make 100M profits needs to give their head a wobble! "Globally significant" is not been mentioned for a long time for no reason!

Blubay, what was a ML could actually turn into a SML. It is not inconceivable that with more drilling (and even licences) that the figures have to be adjusted upwards. So perhaps the ML is being issued on minimum expectations? It wouldn't take a lot to convert a ML into a SML. But hey you would have to be optimistic to believe that and not negative thinking? The financing is imo already lined up. They are not going to issue a ML without having done DD on that. What would be the point of issuing a ML and then the company involved scrambling around for financing for couple of years? The TG are in this to make money as well so that speaks for itself. No pleasing some folk on this BB. Let's just watch the RNS roll in eh

What we do have thought is the FACT the TG believe that the application covered everything satisfactorily to them! I would rather have faith and trust in the t/Tanzanian Government and our BOD than pompous know all, one off posters who apparently know better......one fact is the herd have been busy grazing on other shares like eua. 3 Bod formally accept ML offer and it is signed off

4 CPR made public and blows the socks off with figures (within 2 weeks imo)

6 Financing details and timetable announced

IMHO all these will happen within the next 4 weeks or so...anyone want to bet the SP won't be much advanced by then? Remember where the likes of Lorna's options kick in.....end of year imo........

McNol, I expect it within a week. as you said in RNS it is consistent with application so............also Loran stated knows that they need to get on with things. The have been waiting 5 months, I doubt they been sat on hands. Talks were going on before application even put in. Lorna smart cookie, ducks will have been lined up. It is going to be a RNS fest here over next few weeks with Colorado and Tanzania in tandem. Best Helium play out there and in short enough time SP will show it.

As McNol pointed out the key word is "consistent" with the application. Therefore they are happy with all contained, including the FS! Signed and delivered within a week. Lorna knows importance of CPR to the market and company value which will also be very important to the finance side. I expect that in no more than 2 weeks.

Also as mentioned attention to the details people. Often one word or sentence within a RNS can speak volumes and often missed. application was over 600 pages long, TG took their time, quite rightly, in going over it with fine tooth comb. They are happy to issue the licence. The first Helium one is their country is MASSIVE! When the figures come out soon then folk will understand why it has always been referred to as Globally significant! JV partners form a orderly queue please. Take over bidders have to wait just a little longer ;-)

Toffers, Russia would not beat a united Europe in a conventional War. Think their attempt of 3 years to defeat Ukraine has proved that! Also how actual sheet their Army is! I British soldier worth at least 10 Russian, probably more. UK and France certainly have enough of a nuclear deterrent to wipe out most Russians cities. Money has already been spent for Blue Star 50% and now money will be incoming from Colorado pretty soon and continue to do so and grow. So basically don't understand your post?

I can't believe it will take long for the company to accept, obviously lawyers must check the fine print first. However, they have had a special liaison throughout and I severely doubt anything contained within would be a surprise. Setting up the JV with TG should not present any problems either, TG hardly going to delay financial benefits to themselves?

I think this will make a bigger splash world wide when we formally accept and it is officially awarded. I would imagine that the TG would want the world to sit up and take notice. First Helium licence, global significance etc and hey, look, we are open for more investment. Look what little old HE1 have achieved ;-) When the size of the resources are revealed with the prospects of first mover licences probably in the offing, I wouldn't be at all surprised if a takeover was launched and accepted within a year. Be assured plenty of big boys have been keeping an eye of HE1's progression...... Just my point of view....

Lorna knows the value the CPR is going to add to company value. I believe they probably already engaged somebody to do it. Shouldn't take long really as they have all the data/reports etc to simply hand over. IMO should have it inside 2 weeks, at the most!

As Lorna said in interview a lot going on and a strong news flow coming. I know Blue Star are extremely happy with initial gas flows and very confident in what the results of tests will be. You can ask yourself they are extremely good at communicating and pretty open.

Don't be frustrated with the SP, it is simply AIM shenanigans and value will out in the near future.

FWIW when peace comes, as it must, in whatever form, it doesn't mean bang, we are sold. There is an almighty mess to sort out. things don't just suddenly go back to normal. Lifting sanctions doesn't mean suddenly trading picks up where left off. Any buyers here, and I believe there will still be some, more now for Copper perhaps than Palladium, will have to go through DD again. That will mean boots on the ground and all that DD entails. The process is likely to take months "after" we have peace, that will hopefully be a lasting one.

I believe Z will sign the minerals deal but I also believe that DT will give a bit and offer a "little" bit more security wise than "well Americans will be on the ground mining". I am not a fan of his latest big bully move stopping all aid. It is lacking dignity of a world leader. Now applying the tariffs to Mexico, China and Canada as well? It is obvious this share is going to be very volatile especially with the fairly obvious little groups competing against each other. Why argue with each other, nobody is going to change their viewpoint and neither will, or should not, influence a persons investment strategy.

Sold maybe by year end for 10-15p which IMHO will be a good result and well done the BOD as we could have lost EVERYTHING very easily. CS put his own shares up as collateral bravo!...let's just be kind to each other?
