@stamfordbridge funding is only ever a problem, in anything, if you don't have the goods/collateral to back it up. So as we do it is not going to be a problem. The only problems be good ones deciding which is the best route to take for us. I think we have choices. I think we have the JV with TG through licence anyway. I still favour an off taker agreement taking all at source who funds all in return for the favourable lifetime terms for them. We are in a very strong position. Not a case of having to go out with a begging bowl when you have a lot of what others want! ;-)

@Crypt I agree if CPR was so important why did the TG not insist on one with the ML application then? Why does the TG think it is commercially viable without it then? Could it be that the FS and figures included that were analysed by the Countries own experts for many months proved beyond doubt? Do people not think the MC and the TG don't have access to any experts they need? Think there is still a lot of casual racism that goes on when people think of some african countries and their capabilities tbh.

So yes the CPR is for benefits of investors who want to see the SP go up as soon as possible, quite right of course. They would certainly have known the ins and outs of what was required by MC/TG. After all it is all laid out for all to see. They would have seen how other ML were issued and studied them. Well blow me, there's me thinking that "commercial feasibility" has already been proved to the TG that's why they have offered the ML! This is on the data that they already had and supplied to TG, plus potential partners will have seen all that data. Will they expand on this as they extrapolate and explore the licence further, yes of course., and the figures will get even bigger as the full potential is realised. AIM is a lot different in regards SP, dividends. pleasing shareholders than 250 or 100.

As you can see the MM's can make what they like of a RNS, and do, and sod all a company can do. They simply after making money and care little what a BOD might think. Also in AIM most companies are trying to grow into something, in early stages sorry they are not interested in whether Traders making profits. If you are an "investor" then you understand the [process and steps. We have made huge steps the last 18 months.

Often, well in decent companies the BOD are just as frustrated with the SP as the holders. But is it not there fault and nothing they can do. They certainly expected SP to be higher but..........AIM is a corrupt cesspool. There are plenty of CEO/BODs on AIM who quite frankly don't give a monkeys about playing hard and loose with the truth! Tehy know, as we all do, nothing ever happens to them........... BUT......when a company has the goods, as we have, eventually value will out. Hang in there ;-)
