IF information exists:Read how David Ross (Cosalt) took his family company private;or Ruspetro (which I hold a share certificate for) The company votes to go private:requires 75% to vote yes(not 75%of total shares in issue) then it no longer has to update or compkyvwith AIM rules;In the case of Ruspetro:if anyone(Directors:General public) want to purchase my shares a broker will match a buyer/seller at an agreed price;I have held Ruspetro for 3 years and no one wants to purchase my shares
