Agree VernetLes - I thought it was an excellent performance by Sunak yesterday, at last showing some LEADERSHIP and standing up to the 'green' lobby. Energy security and issues around will be crucial in the run up to the next General Election. Labour currently ahead in the polls, but don't under estimate their ability to screw things up between now & then .. think Starmer, Raynor, Lammy, Reeves, Miliband etc.

Just topped up another 4.5 million @ 0.1311 .. come on Roland, do the business.
ps. showing as a sell, definite BUY.
Q3 update - 2022 was 17th October, announced on 6th .. no confirmed dates for 2023 but I'd imagine a similar timeframe. Let's hope for some positive news ..
Just listening again to Roland's last interview - 18.07.23 .. that JV really does feel close now .. https://zakstraderscafe.com/roland-wessel-ceo-synergia/7355/
Indeed Boombangabang .. it's easy to lose sight of the bigger picture, and just how well positioned Audioboom is to capitalise WHEN macro-economic factors improve. Here's an interview with CEO Stuart Last from October '22 which provides a decent summary :
'Podcasting is the fastest growing media sector and we are outpacing our competitors' .. https://www.voxmarkets.co.uk/articles/audioboom-podcasting-is-the-fastest-growing-media-sector-and-we-are-outpacing-our-competitors-534eaf1/
Nice 35,000 buy @ £1.80 just now .. someone’s loading up at these low levels.
Good to see the CEO buying more shares .. a positive tweet yesterday too .. https://twitter.com/stuartlast/status/1692263085585674603
'Audioboom is once again the 5th biggest podcast publisher in the US... we're adding some brilliant new shows to our creator network in the coming weeks too' - Stuart Last, CEO.
Persimmon .. the 50,000 purchase comprised x2 transactions .. 49,000 + 1,000 - both on March 7th. The 1,000 showed as a buy, but the 49,000 incorrectly as a 'sell' - hence my post. Last word from me on this now, better things to do .. thanks Milnrow - good luck all UJO holders.

Oh dear Persimmon .. yes I do remember that post, which was also accurate. Buys often show as sells (and vice versa) on LSE and I'm happy to correct if displayed incorrectly. I've no agenda here, nor any particular allegiance - I'll leave the petty squabbling to others. However, seen as you have publicly questioned my ability to tell the truth .. I've fixed it for you on twitter - a print out of yesterday's purchase .. no need for an apology and no hard feelings - just to set the record straight.

The 50,000 'sell' at 16.23pm was definitely a BUY .. a top up - mine :-)
Give it a rest Poo .. the share price is UP .. 17% in the last month. Do you not understand the principle here - that's 650,000 more shares in sticky hands. You sell, they buy .. I'm pleasantly surprised at this one, DB clearly not messing about. Let's see how it goes today .. keep up the good work DB / UJO.
Let's hope so .. could do with a bit of action here. I note half year (H1) financial statements were 18th / 20th July for 2021/2022 - so approx. another 4 weeks for an update. Like most, I've been averaging down the last few weeks but it would be nice to see a reversal in the SP. Still keeping the faith .. GLA.
Article in today's CITY AM - all positive ..
'National Express has seen a 30 per cent jump in travel bookings over the week of rail strikes, figures shared with City A.M. show, as passengers flocked from rail to coach to get around the country. The long distance bus and coach group, who operate around 1,500 journeys per day in the UK, warned “we are very busy across our UK-wide network, with a 30 per cent increase in bookings so far" and tickets selling out rapidly.'

Is that the 'Dutch debt' - referred to in the recent Malcy interview .. 'sometime in May' were Andrew's words .. thereafter, divdends and buybacks can commence ?
Interesting .. Odey Asset Management took a sizeable stake in IGAS last summer if I remember correctly - looking to capitalise on a relaxation of fracking legislation .. pretty sure they sold out after Truss resigned, and the susequent U Turn on fracking policy by Sunak.
That's not what the RNS says Persimmon - the drilling at Biscathorpe is expected to begin in H1, 2024 .. subject to a successful planning appeal. All indications are that the DECISION on the planning appeal will be confirmed in the next few weeks .. admittedly, it has dragged on a while.
Agree wealthtrasfer, I thought it was an excellent presentation - James Stamp (new CFO) particularly impressive and confident in terms of NEX business / financial strategy, going forward. Let's not also forget, the previous CFO (Chris Davies) purchased 15,000 shares @ £2.048 in June (RNS 23.06.22) .. just before he left the company - another good sign and vote of confidence in the future of the business. Topped up myself yesterday, on the dip - more than happy to hold long term .. for dividends / recovery / potential takeover .. GLA.
