Topped up another 100,000 at just over 20p earlier .. 2,333,884 @ 19.2p - let's hope that's a big seller out and we bounce from here .. GLA.

I don't think there's anything to worry about with 2 meetings .. the Investor Meet Company platform is a positive development, allows greater engagement / communication for private investors - Q&A etc. Worth watching / registering for .. pre submitted or live questions are possible, so a good opportunity to hear directly from the management team.

'Towards the end of February' for the unaudited accounts, 'end of June / early July' for audited (KPMG) accounts .. according to Brian Egan (CFO) - he confirms this at the Q3 Trading Update Q & A .. there is a recording of the Q3 Webcast on the Mobico Website - see Investor / Results Reports & Presentations section.

Some chunky buys coming in today .. back up to 75p / 76p.

Peak season (pre Christmas) trading update due 'mid January' - can't be far away now ?

End of February for 2025 FY (unaudited) accounts - as promised at the Q3 update.

I also topped up a good chunk again today - the 44,500 is a buy, for the avoidance of doubt. Anything below 75p seems excellent value, especially with £31 million cash on the balance sheet and more share buybacks just around the corner. I’d expect an announcement early new year, or possibly sooner - certainly if the price remains at this level. Trading update end of January to cover Q4 / the run up to Christmas, always a busy time for Naked Wines.

Agree, a good presentation. Personally, I don't think we'll see any special dividends / large distribuions in the short term - not before April '26-27 financial year (this was stated in August presentation and re-affirmed today 'medium term'). That being said, for those prepared to hold med-long term, all looks good. Another programme of buybacks seems more likely - perhaps announced early in the new year .. and they are consulting / waiting for Q4 figures before deciding at what level ?

Good post David, wholeheartedly agree .. I added 10,000 KIST shares to my portfolio earlier today. Below £1.50 seems excellent value and a good entry point - with a number of catalysts ahead (next 6-12 months). I'd say so too Ted .. and with an EOG twitter update (18th November) confirming JV negotiations are progressing 'as expected', things must be pretty close now ? December 1st on Monday, that long awaited RNS could drop anytime ..

I think they'll want to wrap any 'deal' up by Christmas .. which in reality gives us a couple of weeks. What gives me further hope of a good deal / sale price is the Adelicious acquisition - that came out of the blue, but was VERY good value for BOOM. Have faith in the management, I think they'll deliver - hopefully one of the U.S big boys at £12 +

Spot on Couerdelion - as confirmed in yesterday's RNS .. 'The share buyback programme launched last month to deliver value to shareholders is progressing well, with approximately £1.7 million of the £2 million maximum aggregate consideration completed thus far, at prices well below the Board's view of intrinsic value'. I suspect the remaining £0.3 million will be snapped up shortly, at these low prices ..

Ticking up nicely .. some huge buys this morning @ 82p .. approx 950k shares in 5 mins .. Buybacks or institutional investment ? I guess we'll find out from the next RNS - either way, looking good.
