My local high class ITALIAN restaurant has a posh poster in window ! this is new since the last few days Take away's between 5 pm -9pm
Plus its on Dish's app ! also ( when lockdown ends ) ! to book your seats in restaurant !

Restaurants, cafes and pubs ! Redesigned dining rooms, kitchens and beer gardens may be the way out of the lockdown for pubs, cafes and restaurants too, provided they can guarantee customers and staff stick to the 2m social distancing rule.

Countries including Austria and Italy have announced the reopening of establishments from May and June respectively.

As of 1pm on 26 March 2020 Planning regulation has been changed to enable restaurants, cafés and pubs which do not currently offer delivery and hot food takeaway to do so
