If the company states, as it has, that no terms have been agreed...........then........no terms/price/amount has been agreed.

Aussies are just guessing based on the Nov 2018 placing........but thats all it is......guessing. They might be right, they might be wrong.

London missed out in Sept when funds were raised in Oz. Wonder if Cenkos will do the placing in London this time, 3m to 4m AUD at whatever price it is. Would be good if 1.25p or above.

Could be raising at 1.1p or 1.15p or 1.2p or 1.25p or 1.3p or 1.35p.......

Will be interesting to see........ Given the recent selling down to 1.25p levels on rises......perhaps it might be a fund raise at 1.25p ?

The Q4 2020 lateral sidetrack would be a future producer. Its not exploration if Charlie-1 is good come April- we move to production stage and so a gravel road would be possible if the initial Charlie-1 vertical well is good and flows at 100bopd.

They get paid a price that is linked to Brent. Currently the netback per barrel to PTAL is around 38 US$.

The figures shown are the off take figures - not production figures. So this is the oil delivered to PeruPetro. Actual on site production can be higher or lower, depending on how much goes into storage or drawn from. Currently they are commissioning CPF1 so figures will be a little erratic.

Ask yourself why that Twitter poster decided to omit the bit about the H&P note being paid for by ECO. Why did they remove it ?...........Answers on a post card please........

And of course..............that note was paid for by ECO and BEFORE the news leaked to the media that his oil is SUPER HEAVY and SUPER EXTRA HIGH SULPHUR.

10 to 12 API and 5% Sulphur..........according to the media link.

This is not sour crude though is it..........Sour is like 3% Sulphur.

This is extra heavy (circa 10 to 12 APi) and Super Extra Sour (circa 5% Sulphur).

You keep pretending this is just heavy and a bit sour..............Jethro and Joe, from the media links out there.........is EXTRA heavy and EXTRA sour.........and has in effect no value as it would cost about as much to get it out as you could then sell it for = Bad Investment Case = Never be developed. if it were onshore it might, just might, get developed. Offshore...no chance IMO.

Spud in Peru........end of Jan. 60 days to drill. Then any flow testing. Then P&A. So results around mid April. Rig goes to Suriname to spud there. So May spud and August results from that well and P&A. Its August, the rig has to be in Africa in September.

Always look at the facts. Dont listen to rumours and stories not in official RNS. If people talk but do not put it in an RNS, then its likely just BS. Beware of companies that try to keep their shareholders happy with "off the record" comments in phone calls, at the bar, messages..........or in fact posters on bulletin boards who claim to have spoken/contacted with someone at the company and they said this and that.

Was obvious to me TLW were not planning to drill in 2020 in Guyana - and so it seems to be. Should be no surprise to anyone.

Of course they will not - been obvious for some time that TLW would not drill Guyana in 2020.

They dont want to spoil things and hit a duster..... I would expect TLW to sell out in 2021 and nothing better than a CPR with billions of barrels of potential on it to sweeten the deal.
