Interesting update from Cenkos on 88E.

They are suggesting the well may be P&A'd in such a way so that it can be reentered in future for a horizontal sidetack into the Lima Seabee formation where they have oil and also proper testing of the condensate which they cannot do at this time due to no equipment on site for condensate testing.

They retain buy rating pending further results on the HRZ and also condensate.

58M buy orders at 0.8 cents and 17M sell orders at 0.9 cents.

Total volume so far circa 150M. Pretty strong buying at 0.8 cents (0.4p).

88E has cash, no fund raise needed.

HRZ shale coring results around July. That if good is worth considerable upside with a farm out. It was the biggest target in value terms of this drill - and why I will hold.

Condensate results likely around July as well (Exxon may be interested if the size is large enough and gas/liquid ratio good, they are the big gas/condensate players in Alaska)

Yukon Gold farm out news with a drill coming in around 10 months time.

Lima prospects still in play.

So plenty of things that could push the price back upwards in the months ahead. Each to their own decision to sell or not.

Personally I will wait. At worst its 10 months to the next drill (Yukon) and there is potential in both the HRZ shale news July and Condensate news (probably July as well).

Biggest volume in over a year. To absorb this much selling and still be up over 15% must hopefully bode well for good news tomorrow.

Rabito, you seem infatuated with PANR, totally in love with it. You seem to be more than willing to talk down 88E as much as possible given a chance while promoting PANR as much as possible.

Which, if you want to do that, thats up to you. However a word of advice, you will actually turn people off of PANR and they will deliberately ignore it.......... you need to be more subtle perhaps.

Rabito79, please point me to the time that Dave says 3p please.

He says, if I remember, they hope to get perhaps 200 to 300 MMBO and that being sold at around 4$ a barrel.......which would be 800M US$ to 1.2 Billion US$.

So please, point to the exact time he says about this 500M AUD. Thanks.

There is a 3rd major event possible, more left field.

The HRZ cores will now be being sent away to be tested........if they come back good and the HRZ is in full play, thats another trigger point for a good rise. Nothing is in the price currently for the HRZ shale.

Yes, DW said it would just be a small frac and flow test.

They just need to prove 100bopd flow - then the big test comes with the horizontals this time next year. I would expect 88E to farm out the other areas to PMO in return for free carry on a horizontal and perhaps also an appraisal of anything else they find this drill (like an Indigo appraisal, or Lima appraisal etc..)

There are 2 major trigger points for share price large upwards movement ahead.

First one is next week - logging results. IF good, then big move up.

Second one is then flow test results - again - if we proceed and its good flow - another big move up.

In the meantime at this juncture there is still risk and the risk averse dont want to play. If logging results are good the risk becomes minimal and so more money will pile in then and stay in.

All hangs on news next week. Do you want to be in ahead of likely Monday news or out ?

There will be an avalanche of buying come in if logging results are good. Tonnes of money sat on the sidelines waiting to buy in IF the logging results are good.

Just a case of wait and see. Take the risk and buy now, take no risk but pay a much higher price if good news comes and buy after that.

AUSTRALIAN junior explorer 88 Energy has reached total depth at its Charlie-1 appraisal well in Alaska..........

It would be a good idea if shareholders let Douglas Urch, the CFO, know that in this day and age its not acceptable that only the CEO holds real PTAL shares.

The other directors do not own any real PTAL shares. I think everyone should write to him expressing that we want to see each and every director purchases some shares in the company once the Q4 results are out of the way on 30th of April and there is no closed period.

They should all have skin the game, not just Manolo on his own.
