In my HL SIPP and ISA accounts, I have selected to convert my shares into ADRs; let’s hope that they allow us to keep those ADRs in an ISA - even though HL’s e-mail states that they cannot following AMYT’s AIM delisting - otherwise, we may well be forced into selling them.

For next year’s AGM resolution for AB to keep his role, we should all vote no.

The longer the wait for it - especially that it’s been on-going for at least two months - the higher the probability that the bank has declined to entertain us.

My broker HL still awaits more information on the delisting before it communicates on converting our shares into ADRs.

What a ludicrous way to run the company and, to be blunt, indefensible - except for the work on proving up the resources.
