TSBS, I’m with you - LR and MC had known for a long time that they needed a cash-raise, and decided to drum up interest in our company by, for example, declaring an imminent value-event, hoping to increase the share-price in order to dilute at a higher level instead of scraping the skin off our bottoms.

That‘a right - when delisted from AIM, any AMYT shares held in an ISA account should be automatically transferred to a normal stocks-and-shares trading account; however, check with your broker on whatever processes you have to follow to ensure a smooth transition.

Still too many risks - lack of credibility of BoD with investors, especially in its forecasts (it’s been banging on about getting LC finance for production for about four years); if an investment house is willing to provide the finance; whether the DEM approves our resubmission and accepts our request for a reduced deposit; and whether therefore we can commence production around March 2022; the litany of RNSes over the past four years have done nothing but erode investors’ confidence in the BoD’s collective capabilities to deliver any of its objectives - on time and in budget. However, whoever’s bought in the 02s and 0.3s may well benefit from substantial profits - if LC can start producing within the first two quarters next year.

Valuation, Yes, my votes will be against any remuneration-increases and reappointments - even if we have multi-bagged by then.
