Bit of info from Tungsten West’s latest RNS, which may extend to SML:

My conclusion from the 14-day extension is that the buyer would have cancelled within the original 30-day agreement if they did not have the funds and deemed the project economically infeasible; but, of course, I could be entirely wrong in so far as they may still withdraw their interest altogether.
