Forgive my cynicism - but am I misguided for speculating that IIs and MMs collude to manipulate share-prices?

Everyone has a different reason for selling to pay for various life-matters - taxes, moving house, divorce, unexpected expenses - because many cannot wait for significant gains,and perhaps therefore remain content with whatever profit materialises; and why not? - the stockmarket can remain irriational far longer than you can stay solvent.

The negativity has been a bit bemusing - the BoD declared, last year, that the Phase III trials would be posted sometime in the first half of this year.
