Anyhoo, I still believe in the mid-term potential of the company - and most fortunately am sitting on a reasonable profit - but this share-price should be much higher than it currently is; however, I am still baffled as to why Kerim failed to raise money when the price was much higher instead of the discounted placings - a certainty to erode investors' confidence in, and subsequent value of, the company.

Levi, I thought the main purpose of employing our current brokers was to enage and to attract institutiounal investors - have I missed them? And, yes, you are bang on about the share-price being no further on than it was five years ago despite all the putative good work, culminating in a producing mine, with neither sentiment - the preferred share-price driver of AIM stocks - nor postive analysis both of its current status and future potential underpinning it.

Levi and 4kandles, Good, solid posts - especially for supporting creosote Kerim's pop-up raisings with spikes on them to pierce the bottoms of those who have been patiently sitting on the fence of this company's mismanaged potential, waiting for the next discounted coat of money to be applied for the financially well enclosed, all the while continuing to rot the faith of of the PIs.

Kerim's actions have certainly spoken louder than his words - peeps can conclude in which way.

Levi, Interesting comparison with SML - but an unfair one: SML's BoD are incomparably transparent - manifestly demonstrating that it is possible on AIM - a characteristic Kerim et al. would do well to try to imitate. (And, before anyone decides to flog me with the whip of castigation for supposedly commiting heresy against the hallowed Kerim and his saints, I still hold a sizeable investment in here.)

It's a free board to sensibly discuss with other like-minded - and rational individuals, of course - all aspects of the company, be it future potential value of the company, its portfolio of drugs, its overall strategy, directors' dealing, and so on. No one has the right to decide what question should be answered - and when.

Isn't part of investing about judging the potential future value of a company, taking into account, for example, how much value would successful drug trials add, an accurate barometer of which would be to compare it with peers who already possess similar drugs either at later trial-stages or already on the market.

Certainly for the private investor a confidence-boosting collective investment by the BoD - about �190,000 invested between them.
