Fair point - I’d be happy with an all-share offer from Calidus.

Quite simply: the share-price has plummeted because of the BoD’s missed timelines, misleading statements, and mistimed purchases - and overall incompetence; the corollary of which has provoked a validated mistrust in their supposed strategy for this company, while they continue to line their pockets while emptying ours; as for the assets, the BoD have reached a dead end - nowhere to turn to for financing their progress, save for a value-eroding cash-call, either from the market or an external source.

By all means, big up SML on your tweets; but remember that their dismal past - and current - performance remains accessible to the public with a bit of research; for example, southwesterner’s observation of your photo of some of the cores.

Richy, The staff convey themselves as knowledgeable, hard-working, and likeable - unlike their incompetent, misleading, and half-hearted BoD, who continually siphon an excessive wage while collapsing the share-price.

On the button, Jed, the market wants exactly those pieces of information: for whatever reason - perhaps the numerous historical dilutions without tangibly progressing commerciality of our mineral-laden rocks - it conveys an ambivalence to our consistently positive drilling-results.

That indistinct value-event grips us, yet ready to release all the bountiful goodness from that frustratingly, enduringly lengthy stretch of daily dissatisfaction - LR and MC, unchain our liberator!

Chesh, CMM worth a billion, with CAI worth a fifth of that - and we’re only months behind them in relation to mining progress - oh, the probable uplift makes Virgin Galactic look like a low-flyer!

Someone’s having proper jokes with that derisory valuation. Worth remembering that our resources are top-notch - and with the right news and financing, the potential re-rate will send us all into a spin.

Hats off to those whose sagacity prompted selling out of here, then investing proceeds in Calidus - or elsewhere - for a more-confident outlook for profitable gains.

On a serious note, though, I - probably along with the majority of other posters - thought that not only the value-event would have materialised before this thus-far gloriously sunny September, but also that we would not be fretting about finances for the next year; yet, both concerns weigh down our share-price, with no seemingly obvious answer on both counts any more visible than they were six months ago.
