To expand briefly on Bubble’s GGP’s comparisons with SML:

GGP has about nine distinct projects to SML’s three
GGP has access to a $50 million loan-facility over ten years - SML has no access to any finance
GGP has a $65 million farm-in with Newcrest - SML again, has nothing similar

So, a hugely misleading comparison - in every way.
