The 'codes' I have seen for these are triggered by an auto sell for fees on peoples accounts.
I triggered one although I had more than enough in the account I only had less than the 'fees' in cash. They then sell some shares to cover the amount, that is why you see stupid amounts been sold sometimes.

I am thinking along the lines of JV financing (we are a sitting duck with our Mcap so low, lets face it), we have all the ducks lined up, but who, any ideas who would benefit?

My gut feeling is that there are too many advantages to remaining listed than not, it is too early in the company history to draw a definitive conclusion.

I remain invested here and can see this company doing well over the coming years.

I have the feeling this share is been played like a fiddle...

Insider trading is not a victimless crime, someone sold at 1.37p, this asset is worth multitudes of that on fundamentals alone. Hopefully the news over the coming weeks and months will be good for the share price and company.

The News was released at 17:00 but the bid dropped just after 14:30 !

It is unusual to have a 'non--executive director' resign so close to kick off, could there be a conflict of interest in the background? Metal tiger...mmmm...was he a Director there I can't remember ?

On reflection it would be unwise to have a spate between senior staff with such assets...I will hold, I have a better feeling since Friday now.

They the directors/major share holder 'Odey' have controlling share and there is little we can do about it. I just hope we all get a fair deal either way, my feeling is it would be better for them to stay listed.

AIM is riddled with insider worms I am afraid, this is not the first time news fly's out the back door to make or save a few quid for others. I tend not to believe what they say in their leaving letters at all either, wised up about that.

IMO there has been a conflict of opinion about strategy and time will tell who was right, he may have started to dump already as delayed sells, seen this before as well. At this time of uncertainty it is bad IMO and I don't like the look of it one bit.

If he is going to make a move it will be soon while sentiment is low.
