We are along for the ride at the moment and it would be great if we remained part of the company as I see this company expanding. I think this move as part of a larger protection of the company from much larger financial predators than us shrimps.

$49m of Ebitda per annum is pretty good IMO, I would hazard a guess at 3 to 5x share price IMO. There are others on this blog much more capable than me in these matters :)

The potential of this company is very large, there are many companies out there that would want to take it over, this is insurance against that. Nothing to worry about.

I suppose they could mine on a boundary,70% into theirs one way and 30% the way into ours to keep things going along sweetly.

If your losses are too big do what I do just put them in the bottom draw and get on with something else. I wrote a share off once and 5 years later it bounced back into life !

Management are going to have to come down to earth to fix this share, not impossible but it is going to be a struggle.
I hate too bang on about it but they need a near/mid term project.

As for PREM, a friend of mine has family out there and so far there is little trouble, they have all had enough, foreign investment is going to be welcomed.

This share is the long game...my worry is I will be long dead by then.

This is range bound activity at the moment, investors are in/stuck and holding their positions or summing up what to do next. As written earlier when the metals fall off the end line things will move, £2 would a stretch this year but maybe next year...

I am very interested in this, only a few people would know this or is it a guess? It would not be a bad thing at all, we need to concentrate on a near or mid term project that will generate cash flow AND I think they have found one.

Molybdenum is up, at this rate it will over take Tungsten. tungsten is flat at the moment but showing resilience.

Most if not all of the deals are in large high value projects which in this current financially uncertain climate will be hard to pull off. The BOD need to try a smaller near term project that will bring in cash flow and when the financial climate improves then the big high valve projects will come into play, and they will be big. If you have any ideas send them an e-mail, they may have missed an opportunity for all of us.
