That may be the case but applying more pressure reaches a point where it ceases to be effective.
https://www.sciencedirect.com/topics/engineering/minimum-miscibility-pressure. Furthermore the correlation may not take into account a third unknown factor.
The miscible gas injection has been successfully implemented on a large number of conventional oil reservoirs; mostly carbon dioxide (CO2) floods in places, such as West Texas and Wyoming, as well as natural gas injection projects on the North Slope of Alaska. In these cases, it has been almost exclusively continuous injection strategies between injectors and producers.
Miscibility is the degree that two fluids mix and is a function of pressure, temperature, and the properties of the two fluids. The minimum miscibility pressure (MMP) is the lowest pressure that these two fluids mix. It is an important parameter in conventional gas injection because once this pressure is attained, a single-phase mixture of reservoir and injection fluids can travel through the reservoir and result in very low residual oil saturation (Fig. 7.8).
@@@@ Increasing pressure above the MMP does not result in higher recovery.@@@@@. Increasing production is not always a factor of increasing pressure. Don't listen to Art.
RNS 6 October:
The increased equity financing and debt and hedge restructuring provide COPL's group with more than $17 million in investment support from its largest financial stakeholders. This financing package is designed to ensure the Company is fully financed through Q1-2024, at current production levels of approximately 1,200 bbl/d, providing focus on the key strategic priority of increasing oil production to allow COPL America to become fully funded through 2024.
Yes i will add at the right time - that being below 1. , big risk but also potentially big rewards. My outlook is now are more negative because of the continuing issuance of shares, poor performance, poor comms, poor website, poor everything to be honest.
Don't be silly bat, my investment in PANR is tiny, i simply respect their board and see a better future there based solely on that. But i did top up at 25. Your post calling me a small man based on my investment should help you rememebr that. Your measure of men is..... seems not so human.
The truth is that this company is now extreme risk IMO. - Mostly because the lies and deception employed in the past throws doubt on all their current activities. Also their lack of professionalism, even now in their day to day business - poor, outdated website, poor communication and seeming total lack of concern for the owners/shareholders suggests a sinking ship, where the last thing they are thinking about is whether or not the table cloths need replacing. IMO the JV could easily be a ruse and the GGS the last throw of the dice. I have averaged down, as many have here, and every time i have lost money. I stopped doing this recently and now would not consider throwing more dead money into this share until we are below 1, which is highly likely if there is no improvement in production for October. All IMO and negtive yes but holding 30k at 30 affects your perspective especially when the whole of the journey followed a misleading, PI stoked narrative.
Don't agree actually....there will be news on many fronts long before that, with "The Year 3 Work Program is to be completed by August 2024. And we are currently an oil producer and look at the price of oil and its only going up. We await news on many fronts and i think they are not going to be bad.....certainly at this price point....all time low, this is now bargain territory.
Oh and consider COPL while reading this exercpt about the responsibilities of a BOD of a company and CEO -
"Protecting the interests of shareholders–A board will promote efforts and activities that maximize the value that shareholders receive for their investment. In addition to ensuring an efficiently run and profitable operation, it makes certain that shareholders receive properly reported financial data and any other important information that could impact their holdings.
How effective a board of directors is ultimately depends on the quality and conduct of its members, and their ability to properly oversee and guide a company so that it can achieve its goals of building profitability and shareholder value.
Each member should bring to the table different expertise and skills that relate to the company's focus. They must be able to work together harmoniously and constructively to achieve common objectives and fulfill fiduciary responsibilities.
Their motivation should be the company's advancement rather than their own"
Only one person has been removed. All the others remain.
Dickbat i am More confident i will make money on PANR even though i only have 1 k in it at 11p. Unfortunately most of my money is in COPL. COPL is a gamble IMO, mostly because i don't believe anything that Art has said - including that GGS will solve all his problems . And take a look at a professional website and compare it to COPL's. Go on take a look..... Https://www.pantheonresources.com/
Well said Mafee, i don't know why investors on this board just want to stick their necks in the sand. I'm still hopeful of this share more longer term and much of that relies on the JV which unfortunately is being handled by Art. So....could easily all turn to shiite. Short term i think this will simply slip down the slippery slope that is COPL. IMO Later will be a good time to buy.
