I agree with you. This is the perfect window to top up. There are so many de-risks in place like never before and if this temporary mine can generate $7M per month there will be enough money to accelerate the EPO exploration.

I think GR recognises how much value he can get out of the ground in the shortest possible time.

GR mentioned multiple times about carrying out a "full review". What do people interpret from that?

I think the Chinese have dropped a bomb on the Management / BOD to get fit for purpose! I think the GR evasive wooly and fragmented approach has brought this culture change about. IMHO.

I hope the interviewer has remortgaged his house to buy PREM and his favourite football team was spanked 10-0 last night and his wife called him useless just before setting off to the studio......lol

I do think that GR has traditionally had a sort of Attention Deficit Disorder when it comes to the assets and projects relating to PREM. Jumping from one thing to another and back and forth etc. The headless chicken syndrome.

I think that a culture of discipline and focus has to prevail.

In my mind, if there are indisputable facts about the number of drills, holes and results why would PREM hold them back??

I absolutely agree with your list, which at the very least starkly outlines the sheer casm of unresolved issues from the BOD. PREM are so far behind the curve its breathtaking!!

I do wonder whether their is an issue of understaffing at PREM and if there is enough management bandwidth / headroom for where the company is at right now and where it is moving towards??

I would add to your list of questions:-

What recruitment plans / strategies are in place moving forward?

The report estimates that to meet its clean energy goals, Europe will require 35 times more lithium and seven to 26 times the amount of rare earth metals in 2050 compared with today. It will also need 1.5mn tonnes of copper (an increase of 35 per cent from today) and 400,000 tonnes of nickel (a 100 per cent increase).
