I really don’t see how this is going to be resolved in the manner the company may wish. I may be wrong but my understanding is that Royal Mail struggles to attract anything other than short term staff. Sure there is probably a recession approaching but certainly in my area there is an abundance of job vacancies that pay more than the average post person will earn with current proposals. Happy to be corrected. My postwoman says three staff that joined her office in the last year have now left to become bus drivers

My postwomen didn’t seem bothered about staging lots of further strikes when I spoke to her today. She said her office is so short staffed that they are getting offered lots of overtime to make up for the loss of earnings on the days they are working to clear the backlog

I’ve been holding this share long and strong. Absolutely crazy market cap. Just 15m shares in issue. Screaming buy all day long in my opinion. Multi multi bagger in waiting.
