Thorpedo - my bad. Didn't check, thought the Act had been changed to allow online filing for all. My education is still ongoing (& been in practice for c25 years)....albeit only acting for SMEs etc. Cheers

Because of the relative "complexity" regarding this - multiple offices etc, i would imagine that it is all being dealt with electronically. Doubtless the Auditors and NOMAD have an electronic confirmation indemnity in place, and the resulting accounts, once approved (& effectively "signed off" by the BoD) electronically, and with said NOMAD's similar confirmation, then all filed electronically. The physical, electronic, filing is a straight forward process. Think we will see an after hours filing / annual accounts RNS. Just hope it's all we expect it to be !! Cheers

Re my below :- What i meant to say is that i think that the reason for late filing of CS is that there is an issue with the inclusion / reporting of the PSC........(which is not how it read, when i read it back having hit the post button). Cheers

Whilst a period of grace has been granted for the compilation of a PSC Registrer, i don't believe that the grace period extends to the filing of the annual confirmation statement (which whilst it must be filed at least once a year, may be filed more often if there are any significant changes to report). Hence - issue still stands - why is said Confirmation Statement late........!!!! (Me thinks that there is a tie in with the reporting requirement for any PSC) ... Cheers

Still not filed. Although, last year's AR was filed almost 7 months late !!!! So maybe, just maybe, it is purely the way SEV work !! As yesterday (& following the conversations re: PSC), i still think that there is more to this delay than just an administrative error. Still, time will tell. Cheers

Or AR as i prefer (showing my age now). 11 days overdue - significant in my opinion. Co Hse would have written to the registered office informing them it was due. i don't accept that it was simply forgotten about - even one man bands usually manage to file their AR on time. See what 30 June brings - deadline for filing of financials at Co Hse. Cheers

Agree ahmir. Think that most people have taken their position here & are waiting on news now. WITHOUT ramping (in any way, shape or form), there is an argument for topping up at these levels. However, & similar to above, think that most people (myself included) have reached a holding at which they're comfortable with (% of PF wise), and that whilst they might regret it later, will not be topping up further. Agree entirely re smoke screen. Been saying for a couple of weeks that there is (IMO) definitely something else going on. Follow the money (& it's not all been flowing out of FITB). Agree that it looks kosher. & I WOULD LOVE IT TO BE TRUE........ However, if true, and now "in the public domain" would have expected :- 1. Almost immediate RNS from Company stating : "hey, guess what, we've done it"; 2. Serious buying as peeps would know about it before it hit ****ter. Having said that, would account for the meteoric rise on Wednesday, followed by suspension, and then "trading update RNS" released, as they had to release something, because the "i's & t's" not yet formally crossed on the news ? Just my thoughts. Wait & see is all we can do. GLA Cheers
