Very harsh to single anyone out. Ahmir, along with most (if not all) of us are expecting very positive news. Such news could have easily landed with the interims - it didn't Could land tomorrow - doubtful. When it does land, i certainly believe that the current SP will be way in the past, and double figures will be the norm. Finally, i would certainly not class Ahmir as a ramper, just a concerned holder, who is willing to share his information, thoughts (both positive & negative) with others on this board. Cheers

This is, in my opinion, the most important part of the RNS. The independent Auditors have satisfied themselves that no such qualification is currently required. Still love to see what they have (or may have) been privy to. Cheers

As we all know, very little free float available. Relatively small buys (by volume) tend to have a marked effect on SP. Cheers

The benchmark that a lot of us are waiting on is c11p, being the initial buy in price for Cascade. Still remains to be answered as to why they bought in, twice, at those levels. Think if the SP hits 6p (which we all think it will exceed, based on the above) that there will be a few sellers, but think that the majority will sit it out & wait for the reasoning behind Cascade's buy in. Surely GT's PG covers the whole of the subscription conditions - including going to main market (that's how i read it anyway). As such - PG still valid. IMOO Cheers

Precisely ahmir. Whatever proves to be the case, Cascade haven't been sold a dud. Worse case for them, GT covers it. As above - not sold a dud, just waiting (patiently !!!) for the reasoning behind their investmentS (plural). Time will tell. Cheers

Also - GT has offered a PG in the event that the Company is not in a position to comply with any of your below. I have heard it bandied about that GT has effectively "borrowed" said sums from Cascade, at a huge premium to the prevailing, hence the PG. Personally - i ignore that bit, but as you so rightly said :- IMO; DYOR; WTFDIK; etc Cheers
