You, Cosmo, steward or anyone else that has a concern is correct to think so imo. Scope creeps, date slips and potential initial faults with the machinery are likely for this size of project.
Usually, no news is good news and while I am very confident that we will be up and running by the 1st April (any delays past this would cause some panic), there is still of course some worry and doubts. I also wish we had more info and visibility of the plan and way forward but GR will probably never do that.

On a similar note, at the One2One conference last week, there were 5 companies presenting. Last night Proactive released videos of 3 of the 5, so I assume PREMs' video will be released sometime today. I emailed them as well to chase but no reply yet.

Totally agree Jenkoo,would even settle for Proactive to release the conference video while we wait for official news.
Today on twitter they rehashed the presentation, hope they don't waste 2 more weeks just to post a slide a day as they did last summer.

It's very good that all parties are wanting for locals to benefit from these developments.

Seems like the Mutoko resource is not defined at all, so why build the refinery there instead of closer to Zulu? Well, unfortunately the Bikita mine, Li3 and Arcadia are closer to Mutoko, all on the western or north western part of Zimb. I guess it makes sense for both the Chinese and Zimb govt to have a refinery there for now as some of those projects are about to start large production.
Shouldn't be an issue for us at all though.

Interesting, apparently lithium has been discovered in the Mutoko area just recently. Lots of smuggling has been noticed in the area. Suzhou took a hold of the area/mine immediately and decided to set up a refinery there. I wonder what quantities and what grades the Mutoko mine has....

Fc, the other gents are way better than me with numbers but i would agree that a fair offer would be worth at least p2.5 per share. But personally speaking, i hope there is no buy out for some time and that GR gets to develop this and close his career on a professional and reputational high. And that it stays somewhat british. And at the same time we watch this pilot plant turn into something much larger.

Haha excellent info Alert! No way his visit was just Zulu of course, his focus is political collaboration, lithium and who knows what else. But imo still bodes really well to see such active participation by a billionaire.
Great to hear of a refinery, shame it is planned to be located in Mutoko which is on the opposite side of the country from Zulu, I liked Acker's idea of refineries being more Zulu oriented. Wonder what mine they are looking at over there.....

I am certain a second pilot plant is on his mind, together with expansion across the EPO. Then a refinery funded by Suzhou but developed and run by Zimbabwe. Hopefully they will want to upscale 1 site to a full mine. Further consolidation of China's interest in the country ensuring they remain in their sphere of influence (Zimb requesting to join the Commonwealth again but China obviously not in favour).
Maybe he will take an interest in other minerals PREM will sort and stockpile but maybe even other projects like Li3 or Circum etc.

All speculation of course but with all this unexpected interest and fast progress it makes complete sense to look beyond 2023 and the target of 1p.

Alert,that woukd make sense. Pei Zenhua looks totally different. Dr Wei we saw before in a pic where he was kneeling down inspecting spodumene and he looked more like the gentleman in the white shirt.....proper Sherlock Holmes over here :)
