I agree Chaz - but the one thing that keeps me sane is that surely they are not stupid enough to be stepping on the gas - as in extra moths to feed - as they approach the cliff edge - there MUST be some BIG news around the corner for them to be making the employment calls they are making!

Interesting that Mr Melvin has recently worked at a "Not for Profit" organisation - should fit right in!
