I think what we will find is that the next court hearing may be, FOR ONE LAST TIME, be pushed back to give the Rajasthan Govt additional time to come back to the table before the court finally dismisses the case.

Agree with your views. They will come back to reach an amicable agreement. What Mark will press for I think is we maintain control so that there is no hinderance to developing the project.

What has changed from before is that if they try to frustrate the proceedings then there will surely be a letter going out to them from Frasken and they know they cannot afford to let that happen.

Agree, this is a good bb indeed very similar to PAT. I aim to build my holding here as I see good potential. Hopefully my EUA comes good which I hope to divide between here, PAT and OMI.

The idea is that Faskens have just been appointed so they wont be doing a great deal of work just yet. In the meantime, the hope is that the Rajasthan Govt will come to their senses and start negotiating to come to, as Mark put it, "AN AMICABLE AGREEMENT". If they dont do this, this will prove very very costly indeed for the state govt. They will not be funded by the Indian Govt and they will not have the finances of their own of the kind of amounts we are looking at.

As Mark mentioned, compensation would be at Market Value of our investment. You work that out on the basis of our asset producing 6.5 million ounces of gold. If, as a minimum, (AND YOU LOOK AT GGP AS AN EXAMPLE), GGP's resource of 1.3m ounce is roughly valued at £328 / ounce. So, even if we talk at say £100 per ounce, the compensation could amount to something like £760 million and based on shares in issue of say 100 million, its roughly £7 /share.

Agree - the West Africa projects are amazing as Mark has always mentioned.

I hope, and as Mark mentioned, that we do not have to resort to Lawyers as I think this development will have the Rajasthan State Govt stop messing about with the Court hearings. They have now got the message - ignoring it will prove very costly indeed for the Rajasthan Govt. My personal belief is that the next court hearing will be pushed back to give them time to come to the negotiating table again.

I have stayed put with Omi. I got the shares there shortly after Newmont made their investment in September 2018. Prior to that. in June 2018, I had seen the video interviews given by then CEO Mr Salazar on Proactive and read an RNS in June 2018 put out by Omi that a " sophisticated Investor " had made an investment in the company without giving any names and that was a big clue.

You are spot on with the projects. If people have not already viewed, they need to revisit the video interview on proactive given by Salazar in Feb 2018 ( soon after which Newmont made a strategic initial investment in June 2018 WHICH NOBODY KNEW ABOUT), the previous CEO, with whom I am in touch.

If the process of applying for admission of securities is likely to be very onerous due to the frequent or irregular nature of allotments and if no prospectus or listing particulars are required for the securities, an applicant may apply for a block listing of a specified number of the securities.

The grant of a block listing constitutes admission to listing for the securities that are the subject of the block. Separately, the provisions of article 1(4) of the Prospectus Regulation will need to be considered by the applicant when the securities that are the subject of the block listing are being issued.

Agree. Not yet researched various TA courses properly - may be at the weekend.

Catching up on all the carnage done on the junior miners particularly to OMI where I am also invested. Not sure if you are invested there but personally I felt the RNS wording could have been significantly more detailed to bring home the geological jargon in a simple to understand form to the investors who viewed it as a bad RNS.

Thanks for this - its really good to know.

I find the CEO / Managing Director of PAT, Mark Bolton, very good when it comes to communicating with us investors. He usually sends an email followed by a call whenever there is any issue to be clarified. He lives in Perth, Australia and follows the chat posts. He is, what I would regard, as a smart cookie, highly respected with extensive experience in various jurisdictions.

The other CEO who still is/ used to be very good at communicating is the former CEO of OMI, Ignacio Salazar. I have kept in touch with him.
