suedee I think you are right -the clear implication for me of what he said is that there will be announcements BEFORE 28 July .I also noted on a second listen that he said they had made a significant profit on kpop which he was happy about. The detail to come in the research note. So there may be some mileage still ...... I wish I hadnt added recently though.

agree Dasalus-they could have expanded that 7 june RNS to say that there may be an effect on the timing of the issue of the broker report .
I wonder if he will do a proactive video later after the AGM

Frankly I think most people reading these boards can determine within a few days whether posters have anything useful to say - typically good research or pointers to new developments, or perhaps accounting or tax points. The seeing machines board is blessed with such people. And in my case as soon as I spot idiots with their agendas either way I filter them. I do not want to waste my time having to read them- the green sea can be restful as on BRH and NNN (which are the polar opposite to SEE board). I think people do not like to see spats and debates of a negative kind and just switch off - and if you look at the last few days most of the chat has added no value. But I resect your desire to defend your investment .I just think its a total waste of you chaps' time when you are obviously smart guys. Anyway I look forward to tomorrow. The past 12 months results are irrelevant in my view- the outlook is more important I am expecting a blockbuster independent verification .......fingers crossed

so knigel bennster and mb 10 why don't you just filter them ,on the basis such posts do not make any difference to the s p performance? The board is getting clogged up with pointless stuff .Let them whistle in the wind pleeease

isa holdings are not limited to uk stocks. any stock lited on a recognised stock exchange is eligible so dont worry about it folks

HI B. Yes that's about my take too but the more relevant point is that the independent report is tied to the accounts being issued by 30 June ( even if in truncated form ). That hasn't changed as far as I know ....so I think we will get numbers re kpop etc imminently ie BY 30 June and maybe earlier than 30 th I hope so anyway . Good luck everybody.

The Company will be announcing its results for the financial year ended 31 December 2021 by 30 June 2022. Whilst the AGM will handle the routine resolutions for Director re-appointment and share authorities, the Company has decided following delays at its outsourced accounting unit to defer the presentation of the report and accounts, auditor appointment and auditors' remuneration, as well as directors' remuneration resolutions to a separate general meeting which will be held prior to 31 July 2022.
I am pretty sure DC said that the broker report would come out with the accounts by the end of june in the last video I saw.?

Hi Bennster- I was a chartered accountant and chartered tax adviser so I agree with what you say ,hence the broad brush description.. I was trying to explain why I am not the least concerned about the dip .,-and added recently in fact -...and to be honest i think he was talking about profit not revenue ,but obviously that is a matter of opinion. We will see soon enough. Dull it isnt! good luck.
pd it is not axiomatic the losses b f will be available to use against eg k pop profits...is it in a different company?and if not is it the same trade? But if you right then the 20 % deduction I used would be conservative .
