phil you have to be an 'insider' to be excluded from share purchases, and be designated as such .Not everybody in a company is. As chairman she may not know eg about an imminent rfq being won for example . I saw this when I worked as a tax advisor to a Bank and was often so designated when a transaction was in the offing

I take your point .Yhe difficulty is accessing the accounts given aquis listing - I think the key point is does the company actually have any assets ,or is is basically a shell with all assets in love hemp?can you see that?

yes but the document you posted shows a different co number I think it is a name protection or other dormant sub even though love hemp was using its name(and surely isnt any more )

Your thinking is not rational -thats how you lose money-consolidations have no inherent effect on market value of a company .Get over it and wait and see

Ian 12 - the clue is is the word share-each share of the company is 200 times bigger- less slices in the pie. The company has explained its reasons in the RNS .Consolidations fail when the company itself is failing not because they are inherently bad. An example is EUZ , Feedback has lots of cash - it will succeed we hope.

the company register no is different on the document from the one you quote in your email?are you sure its not just a dormant sub

i did the same today with cpx trek sometimes you have to admit yiu got it wrong and see if there any other horses in the race you can switch over to!
