2.9m worth of tax asset not recognised in the accounts though it may be a bit lower say 2,4m -note 9 is confusing That should benefit eps in coming periods as profit forecasts become larger.
Note there is to be a share consolidation - should help the marketability of the shares though theoretically should affect market cap in itself. I think this is welcome if done at a reasonable cost.

Agree with all that. Was just explaining why we spiked. It is indeed all to be verified but I certainly believed he was feeling that s p was unrealistically low. He may of course have been wrong. That is why I am waiting for proof one way or the other but no point arguing just be patient and then we will know. If it turns out that independent brokers report undermines his claims I will be selling.

This was discussed before. Dc said that the profits were equal to the market cap when that was around 7m. There was debate about gross v pre tax v post tax. But assuming post tax that was say 5 m. A pe of 4 makes that c 20m m c Have a look back please. My own reckoning was in the 20 s for the share price. That was taking d c at his word. A simple investor indeed. It depends on the number of shares in issue The more there are the lower the price for the same market cap.

I wi be asking a couple of questions I have to say. For xample the original pilot did well. I sort of assumed the pilot was the pilot. I asked Tom on one of the i meets days how quickly they could install bleepa. He said in a day if they got the right people around a table. But more recently Tom said investors should realise that no two hospitals were the same and they all wanted to check bleepa worked before they would pay. So a pilot wasn’t a pilot. Also Tom raised a lot of funds and was very visible up to that. More recently there has been a dearth of regular updates. I think I got it wrong in terms of expectations for a fast charge through the nhs ranks. Is there a low charge or no charge.

More importantly we are in one cdc. What is happening in the others. Are we the pilot or are there other systems being tested and if so whose ?
Are we on the cusp of a revolution or a piecemeal drip drip into a few users.
Is a pilot a pilot ……..I am disappointed at progress - will it improve ? And what of cvs ? Looking forward to the update

why not halma. You have to judge the best place for your money every day . If you judge there is a better opportunity then you should move to that . The inability to take a loss is one of the main reasons private investors lose money.

Thanks for that tweet reference palladin. I see from the thread below that IQAI has signed up to the investor meet offering. Another sign of improving communication with a view to boosting the company's profile. TB must be very frustrated with the current price .
