Guess you missed the part where I told you I've read it 5 times...
Any links where EVR are listing in Moscow not in addition to LSE. I've read your old links before, but they're nothing to do with what you implied.
And any word why anybody wouldn't buy EVR steel please?
You chat sh*t in an illiterate manner. Please stop. Thanks
Daisylou - you've just given me a link to exactly what I said. Evraz are considering it as a second listing to LSE. And it's from last November.
Yet you said that they are in the process of listing in Moscow and now it'll be on the back burner. Can I have a link to them being in the process of listing in Moscow please? Thanks
I agree DavidSpellacy.
Last years divis were £1.08 in total. Minus the coal and what has happened in Ukraine, I'd be happy with ~50p+ for the next year. That's a pessimistic view.
The world needs steel and vanadium. No chance they're going to struggle.
DaisyLou -
"EVR is in the process of getting a moscow listing"
Can I have a link to that please? I don't see anything other than a journalistic piece saying that they're considering it *in addition* to their LSE listing. Can't see any company news announcements.
Re dividends - it also worth noting that they're paid out on a % of profits made and have nothing to do with the share price. Whether an individual makes 5% or 100% yield on that divi is neither here nor there.
Happy to be corrected if I'm wrong.
....or the 'poster child' as CleverThoughts repeatedly calls him for some odd reason. This poster child has donated more to charities than any other Russian. Hardly something a cold hearted person, only interested in money would do. Granted he prob isn't a saint but distancing himself from the UK isn't necessarily a bad thing. Those cards were on the table when he was refused a visa 4 years ago. And I very much doubt he'll be sanctioned by the UK. Evraz certainly won't.
I still believe he's an intelligence asset of the UK, Israel or both. I think he has aspirations for Presidency of Russia and I'm sure he'll have a lot on Putin. He prob smells the regime change that will likely happen soon over there.
Evraz was a screaming buy at £3+, after the demerger and before their incredible annual results. So much so, Baron on Twitter (check out his record) pumped in £000,000s.
Like has been said time and again, only the Russian invasion has dragged it down to this level. Perhaps by Russian whales making money both ways, certainly by spooked retail and funds wanting to distance themselves for ethical reasons. These reason will soon be forgotten when the sp gets back to some normality. Everyone will start buying again into a highly profitable business - you can't tar everyone with the same brush. Evraz isn't the Russian State or indeed Putin.
CleverThoughts - clearly you're on whatever side your trade is on. You were
exposed today, weren't you?
If Russia is going to force change in Ukraine, sooner the better. The war will be over. The French will do nothing, as usual.
A diplomatic end will be in everyone's interests.
EVR has only dropped because of the war. It is still a sound very profitable business.
From recent memory, RRE dropped from £18 to £4.50 on covid, despite the fundamentals. It sold ~4 months later for £18.
~£3 to £21 to £4.50 to £18....in the space of 6 years or so.
Value will out.
If this turns out to be true, and the sp reverts to last month, let it be a lesson to all you clowns spending all day on here trying to get a few pence lower entry. You waste your days for zero influence!
Far bigger fish at work. Clearly the whales are in control. Not the dumb schmucks on a bb.
Can't wait to see how it plays out. I'm here for years regardless. It's a profitable company. Short term sp means nothing to me other than a traders dream (which 90% of people on here are). It won't delist. May suspend but can't see it now. Value will out.
Scott - RA is getting a £320m divi payment and has no doubt been shorting this since he sold a % of his stake last summer. These guys know what was going to happen for months. Don't think for a minute that they're losing money.
